About this apartment rental
The rooms are bright, spacious and comfortably furnished. A well-equipped kitchen offers the opportunity to prepare large and small meals for you. A small bedroom is equipped with a bed about 1.40 m wide. The second - large - double bed is in an optically separated area of the apartment as can be seen in the pictures. On all sides there are roof or Gable windows, so that the rooms, despite the sloping roofs is nice and bright. Directly at the house you will find three parking spaces. Behind the house there are several seating areas with table and chairs, so that a separate area for picnics and for sunbathing is available.
Both as a couple and in the family, you will feel very comfortable in this great apartment in the attic with its high ceilings and quaint wooden beams. The apartment has a wonderful loft character.

Bakers and Edeka can be reached on foot in 1 minute. On the beach or at the harbor you can walk in 3-5 minutes. All other shops can be found on the parallel beach road with its side streets. To the beach road and also to the small train station of the steam locomotive Molli you go in 1 minute. From time to time, the Molli drives slowly past the property and can be admired from close by. The bus station and the weekly market are located directly at the train station.

Sehr geräumige schon eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, gute Lage was Ort , Strand, Geschäfte und Verbindungen mit Nahverkehr betrifft.

Die Ferienwohnung ist für Familien gut geeignet. Wir waren mit der Lage und der Ausstattung zufrieden. Verdunkelungsrollos über dem Elternbett wären wünschenswert.
Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche in Kühlungsborn verbracht.

Leider viel Strandsand, Staub, schmutzige Textilien und unhygienische Sanitäranlagen. Slip einer vorherigen Urlauberin hinter dem Heizkörper. Fusselige haarige Decke, Fleckige Couchkissen. Der zugebuchte Kinderhochstuhl so schmutzig und klebrig, dass wir ihn nicht benutzen mochten.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön und auch ganz gut gelegen, die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung ist allerdings stark verbesserungswürdig. Schade!
