Villa in einem wunderschönen, gepflegten Park gelegen mit viel Umschwung, grosser Pool, 10 Minuten Fussweg zum Meer, Sandstrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto eine Viertelstunde, sympathische Eigentümer, sehr hilfsbereit

Romslig hus nær veldig fin strand, bilveien i nærheten var ikke sjenerende. Vaktmesterparet bor i portnerboligen på samme eiendom og var alltid behjelpelige og hyggelige. Flotte uteområder rundt huset, ikke minst bassenget. Litt upraktisk med bare to nøkkelsett til porten og ett til hoveddøren når man er flere familier, og gebyr for tap av nøkler er på 300 Euro. Lunkent vann i dusjen på morgenen. Regn med ca 4-500 Euro i strømutgifter. Ellers ingen ubehagelige overraskelser og generelt fornøyd!

Met een vriendinnengroep van 14 naar Modica geweest: een heerlijk huis!! Prachtige tuin met zwembad en voor ontbijt, lunch en diner kan door de XXX, de huisbaas, gezorgd worden.

Wakacje spędzaliśmy rodzinnie. 6 osób dorosłych, 6-cioro dzieci. Ogromny, przestronny dom, w którym jest wszystko co potrzeba. Ogromne wrażenie sprawia ogród. Duży basen. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania południowo-wschodniej części Sycylii (polecam wizytę w miejscowości Ragusa Ibla). Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem.
