Cuisine vieillotte et mal odorante et évacuation des sanitaire a revoir mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain du bas ...et le tour de la piscine aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation a part ça la maison est super le domaine sécurisé et une superbe vue

Maison sans grand luxe mais avec tout le nécessaire (la cuisine mériterait une rénovation) dans une très belle résidence pour une semaine de tranquillité absolue au bord de la grande bleue.

La maison est très bien située, la piscine privative et les équipements de la copropriété (piscine et tennis), les calanques à portée nous ont ravi. Les salles de bain et les toilettes sont à revoir, elles ne l'ont pas été depuis longtemps et nécessiteraient un bon rafraîchissement L' agence n'est pas à la hauteur non plus : à ce prix la on espérait mieux qu'une enveloppe remise en se rendant à l'agence pour ensuite devoir attendre sur place...une personne qui dépeint tout en négatif...
