In Småland, this charming wooden house awaits you on a farm with history. The attractive and traditionally furnished house has spacious rooms with plenty of room for socialising. Enjoy meals together in the kitchen and make yourself comfortable on the cosy corner sofa in the evening, where you can chat about the day's adventures for a long time.
Enjoy the sun and long summer evenings on the terrace with a view of the lake and delight the whole family with delicious dishes from the barbecue.
You live in beautiful surroundings with old oak trees and close to the lake. Stroll down to the water for a refreshing dip or cast a line. The surrounding area offers many attractions and activities for all ages. Take the opportunity to visit Lake Sommen, Astrid Lindgren's World and the town of Gränna with its famous sweets or take a boat trip to Visingsö. You will also spend your holiday close to several good golf courses, nature reserves and hiking trails. Look forward to a holiday close to nature in a charming atmosphere!
Note: The bathroom with shower is located in a separate building approx. 100 metres from the house. There is also a wood-fired whirlpool and a spa area in the outbuilding, which can be used for a fee.

The cottage is part of a property with several buildings. Furnishings and equipment are comfortable, cozy and convenient - besides the garden furniture which is quite weak and rickety. Unfortunately, there is no direct access from the garden to the lake as there is a sheep-run - separated by a fence - in between. Access to the lake is possible behind the washhouse, but it is not very convenient as there are bushes and trees on the shore. The boat is on the other side of the property. When we tried to swim there once we were requested to respect the landlord's privacy and to confine ourselves to entering on the other side.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage but next time we would definitely make sure that there is a direct and easy access to the lake.
