About this house rental

Surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery next to the ski slope and 50 meters from the shuttle lift, Ferienhaus Meins is located at the foot of the Großglockner amid the Hohe Tauern National Park in the resort of Kals. Cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. During the summer, activities for children and adults, from white water adventure tours, tandem flights to beautiful walks and climbing tours led by certified guides, can be experienced.
Benefit from a fully equipped holiday home, exclusively for you, your family and friends - for an unforgettable, fantastically beautiful individual holiday among friends. The house is ideal for self-catering groups for 10 - 12 people. Stay in a quiet but central location with numerous excursion and hiking destinations, active holidays in summer, in winter right on the slopes.
The house Meins is at 1. 350 m and all rooms are additionally equipped with sink as a complement to the 2 bathrooms. You will stay in cozy balcony rooms with panoramic views. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with wood stove and satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a traditional wooden-style Zirbenholzstube, 2 bathrooms, one of them in Roman-Etruscan style with jacuzzi and color light therapy, 2 toilets, 5 bedrooms, 1 Schiabstell- and recreation room. You will be surrounded by a beautiful natural garden in which you can barbecue in the summer and sit together comfortably. 3 free parking spaces are available in front of the house. A bread delivery service with home delivery is available on site.

The beautiful house is optimally located, a few steps from the town center yet absolutely quiet with a lovely view - perfect for starting mountain tours. It has a large garden, ideal for badminton and outdoor breakfasts, and a ping pong table in the basement which we used extensively. The kitchen is excellently equipped, even for baking! The living room with old paneling and tiled stove is particularly charming, along with a large flat screen for movie nights. The double rooms have lovely wooden furniture, some with additional beds for children. As a big family with friends, we felt very comfortable at Ferienhaus Meins and would gladly return!

Das schöne Haus ist optimal gelegen, wenige Schritte vom Ortszentrum (mit Milchautomat und Bushaltestelle), doch absolut ruhig und mit schönem Blick - ein perfekter Startpunkt für Bergtouren in alle Richtungen. Es verfügt über einen großen Garten, ideal zum Federballspielen und draußen Frühstücken, und eine Tischtennisplatte im Keller, die wir intensiv genutzt haben. Die Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet, sogar mit allem, was man zum Backen braucht! Sie hat einen großen Eßtisch, an dem man auch mit 12 Personen gemütlich zusammensitzen und essen kann. Besonders reizvoll ist das Wohnzimmer mit alter Wandtäfelung und Kachelofen - und einem großen Flachbildschirm, auf dem wir zusammen im Heimkino abends oft Filme geschaut haben. Die Doppelzimmer haben schöne Holzmöbel, einige sogar zusätzliche Betten - was unsere Kinder genutzt haben, um ein gemeinsames Schlaflager zu haben. Als große Familie mit Freunden haben wir uns im Ferienhaus Meins sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!
