Apartment block "Lorcrimar". Nueva Andalucía, on the outskirts, 1.9 km from the centre of Puerto Banús, 600 m from the sea. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, tennis (extra), communal covered parking. Supermarket 400 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Cortijo Blanco" 750 m, sandy beach 600 m. Sports harbour 1.9 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Please note: motorway close by. Use of the pool outside the indicated period will be at own risk. It has many of the best golf courses close to the apartment, La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Aloha and others. There are also a tennis club and a padel tennis club next door.

Lovely stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and airy. Would definitely come back. The pool area was quiet and cleaned regularly. Great location - The apartment was a 30 min walk to the centre of puerto banus and 5 mins in an Uber, which was cheap. 10 min walk to the nearest shop.

Bra boende med bra läge. Dock behövs bil för att ta sig runt! Allt fanns i lägenheten som man behövde. Den var välstädad och ren. Värden på plats (M.) var hjälpsam och professionell, allt fungerade väldigt bra! Lägenheten ser ut som på bilderna.
