**Here's the pitch:**
Imagine your own private margarita deck with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains. Casa 1 Sea is just 488 steps (yes, we counted!) from Cerritos Beach, a perfect spot for surfing and swimming. You'll also have access to miles of scenic hiking and biking trails, plus great restaurants nearby.
**Location:**
Casa 1 Sea is located in the Cerritos Sunrise development, 10 miles south of Todos Santos and 30 miles north of Cabo San Lucas. While the drive can be bumpy, the adventure is rewarding. Note that we cater to independent travelers and do not provide hotel services like room or towel service. Also, our water is trucked in, so we encourage guests to use it conservatively.
Start your days with coffee and breathtaking sunrises or catch surfers at dawn. In the evening, enjoy a barbecue while watching the sunset over the Pacific. If you're visiting between December and April, keep an eye out for migrating gray whales!
Our 1,400-square-foot condo includes a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a main bedroom with a peekaboo view of the ocean. Upstairs, your expansive margarita deck (over 1,200 sq. ft.) features a shaded palapa, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, lounge chairs, and a private outdoor shower.
Upon arrival, our onsite management team from Barefoot Luxury Properties will provide fresh linens and water. For adventure seekers, activities like surf lessons, side-by-side tours, and trips to turtle sanctuaries can be arranged. For relaxation, enjoy the resort pool or take a short walk to the beach. Remember, in Baja, there are no bad days!

We loved this place! I stayed with my husband and two teenagers. The beds were really comfy, the cold filtered water was such a treat and the top patio is as amazing as it looks. I have only positive things to say. I would definitely book here again. Can sometimes hear construction from the hill but that is Cerritos and it wasn’t bad.

This place is a dream! Kara (the owner) was incredibly responsive when I had questions planning our trip. The town is so beautiful, charming and safe. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. Be sure to book with CRT surf shop (ask for Juan) if you want to enjoy the surf at Cerritos beach. My daughter is already planning next year’s adventure back to this sweet town.

The condo is very well outfitted and extremely comfortable. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. The rooftop terrace is amazing for watching the sunrise, sunset and whales breaching. The pool area is the perfect place to chill after a busy morning. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. Kara is super communicative and offered lots of suggestions for restaurants and activities.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Amazing sunset views each evening, and sunrises for those that are awake that early. Restaurants close by and literally only steps to the beach or a pool at the bottom of the stairs. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking some rest and relaxation.

We love the condo, always clean, excellent communication with the property manager, the upstairs roof top is my favorite, the most beautiful sunsets for dinner and place to relax or exercise. Also love the provided boogie board, surf board, and beach umbrella, with just a quick walk to the beach!!

Great Views from roof top terrace
We loved Casa 1 sea so much. Roof top views were great for sunrises, sunsets, and views of the ocean. We also saw many whales from up there. The condo was located in the perfect location to the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Casa Maya is on the property and had fresh fish and sushi. It was our favorite. We tried free soul and Shacky's and they were good as well. The condo was a perfect size and was well equiped. We definitely will be back. Thank you for sharing this great property!

Beautiful view and comfortable condo
The condo is comfortable and has everything we needed. It is a short flat walk to the beach - about 5 minutes. The patio deck is a great feature. You can see most of the surf break from the deck. We were very happy with our stay.

When can we come Back?
We had an amazing stay at Cerritos beach! The condo was fantastic, our favorite was the rooftop to eat meals, enjoy the sunset and the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand! Loved that the condo was equipped with boogie board, beach umbrella and surfboard. A short and easy walk to the beach and pool on-site kept us with plenty to do. We’d love to stay again!

Thank you Kara and Dan for letting us celebrate our 35th Anniversary at this magical place. Grounds were spectacular, beach was a 5 minute walk and enjoyed the local spot (close by) Shakas! Great food, drinks and company. We will definitely come back to your place. We’ve been going to Mexico for years and this was far the best place

Beautiful, clean, well appointed and comfortable. My wife, daughter, and i truly felt at home in Cerritos Sunrise casa 1C. It’s difficult to put into words the awe inspiring beauty of this unit, the surroundings, and the people of this location. A.C in both bedrooms. This is the place you’re looking for if surfing in Cerritos, You can see the surf break clearly from the roof deck and the walk is easy. Things to Note: Despite what the Vrbo listing says.. there are no laundry services on site - no dryer. Also if your wondering, you cannot freely access the other pool next door with the cactus just the rectangular one and the pickleball courts are part of tropico 6 doce restaurant next door not the condos so you have to ask them if you want to play. The casa maya restaurant right next to this unit was closed, apparently it’s seasonal and opens up sometime in November. *The only one thing that really bothered me the entire stay here was a maintenance guy knocking on our door at 8:05pm - two hours after sundown, to “change a light bulb” our last night there. Thanks for your dedication to proper lighting I guess random stranger in the night.?. Not sure what’s was up with that but it felt intrusive and uncomfortable when we were not expecting anyone and threw a wrench in an otherwise perfect last evening in town. Call next time or wait for daylight hours, that was creepy.
