This beautiful designer-style villa is located in the quiet Nova Santa Ponsa, close to the exclusive marina of Port Adriano and the golf course II. Designed by Philippe Starck in an extraordinary design, the port is one of the most modern ports in the Mediterranean - a prime base for superyachts. It offers a wide range of water sports, shops, restaurants, bars, numerous music and cultural events and invites you to linger. Nearby sandy beaches are about 2 km away. All major golf courses such. B. Santa Ponsa, Andratx, Poniente or Bendinat are a maximum of 3 to 10 km away and easy to reach. Even to the island capital of Palma, there are only 20 km.

Entering through the large, light-flooded corridor you enter the open-plan living area. There is a cozy sofa area with satellite TV and a seating area where you can enjoy your freshly cooked meals in a family atmosphere. The fully equipped modern kitchen with cooking island and bar stools invite you to cook together. There is also one of the four bedrooms on the lower floor, as well as a bathroom and a utility room with sunbed, washing machine and dryer. Through the light-flooded corridor you reach a staircase to the upper floor. There are three further double bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and a circular balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the garden. Upon request, baby cot and high chair can be provided. In the whole villa there is central heating, air conditioning and W-LAN. Towels and bed linen are also provided.
