Welcome to your perfect holiday home! Located just minutes away from the popular Encounter Lakes Park, swimming beach, and local cafe, this comfortable home is the ideal place to relax and unwind with family and friends.
With three bedrooms, this home can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The bedrooms consist of two queen beds and two single beds, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.
The living and casual meals area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some downtime. Equipped with a Smart TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, and electric heater, you can sit back and enjoy your favourite movies and shows in comfort. The ducted air conditioning ensures that you stay cool and comfortable during the warmer months.
The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen features a microwave, full-size fridge, oven, toaster, and kettle, while the dining area has a reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep you comfortable while you dine.
The main bathroom features a shower, deep bath, and vanity, while the ensuite has a shower, vanity, and toilet. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a separate toilet. Basic cleaning products are provided for your convenience.
Outside, you'll find a fully enclosed courtyard with an outdoor setting, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink in the fresh air.

The yard is fenced and features both lawn and a paved area, providing plenty of space for outdoor activities.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. We stayed here for a week as a family with a 10 and 8 year old. It was perfect for us. It’s a good size, well equipped, in a nice quiet, friendly neighbourhood and handy to activities. We loved the mini beach a couple of minutes walk away and riding our bikes along the bike path nearby. The board games were handy on the rainy days too! The furnishings are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. We’d happily stay there again.
It’s worth noting that you need to collect and drop off the keys about a 3-5 minute drive away.

Very clean and surprisingly bigger than the pictures. Very positive point.
I think the owners could spend some cash to change the curtains. It will be a very good upgrade. Apart from that, the house is on a good location and close to all you need.

A pretty house in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to lake and great cafe nearby. We did have issues with cleaning which were resolved smartly, after a chat with the agent.

Could be quite nice if properly cleaned, but someone should check over the property before it is rented. There were spiders in almost every room! (which scared my son), and the outdoor table was very dirty.
