We loved our relaxing stay! From the moment we arrived, our host had prepared the fans and Hawaiian music playing on the tv. It was the most luxurious feeling to walk into. The condo is situated at the end of the building and was very quiet. We cannot say enough good things about the condo. Beds are great and the views are stunning.

Great space for my husband and I and my 23yr old daughter. Beds extremely comfortable. December temperature was perfect for a great nights sleep with no air conditioning. Kitchen was perfectly stocked! Quiet neighborhood and close enough to a Foodland and beaches.

The condo was well appointed and everything worked properly. Great to sit on the patio and have our coffee each morning - lots of birds, chickens and chicks and roosters, and views of the surrounding greenery and distant mountains. Only complaint is that the bathrooms (especially the second one) were a little rundown on the flooring and grouting - could use an update.

Loved our stay here a lot. The location is great, the pool is nice, and it was very clean on arrival. The only thing that I would be better is if the kitchen had some staple items in it, Ext. olive oil, and such. Overall I would still recommend this place to others in the future.

This condo was beautiful! The beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. The garden view from patio magnificent. My only complaint is the sofa in living room. Very very uncomfortable. The two stiff chairs were also uncomfortable. That being said, I’d go back in a heartbeat!!!!!

This is a great condo in Princeville. We stayed three weeks and were very comfortable. It is well equipped. We really enjoyed being across from the great pool and hot tub. Jeff and Shana were communicative and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at this condo. We had all that we needed and felt right at home. We could have used more garbage bags as we only had two and had a 10 day stay. The queen bed is a little concave and squeaky but other than that we loved the place. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler in the closet. Thank you!

Great place in a wonderful location

The unit is on the ground floor of the building but on the corner. It is very well maintained and has everything you need to cook eat and sleep there. All we had to do was bring our food and clothes. The unit is steps away from the pool. There is a small lanai to have sit and watch the birds in the morning. It's in the heart of Princeville so only 10-15 mins to Hanalei. Great location and great unit!

A well kept unit in a very quiet building directly across a small parking lot from the pool, spa and grills. The pool area even had filtered water and ice available to purchase. The lanai looked out over beautiful landscaping and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. I would recommend this property for a family of four.

Newly renovated “garden” unit corner appartement at Alii Kai Resort. Very clean and probably recently totally renovated. The Pool is just across the parking lot less than 1 minute walk. Walking distance to Queens Bath and Sealodge Beach ( approx 17-21 min). Looking into the green: sitting room and master bedroom; 2nd bedroom and dining space looking at parking lot. Just lower the blinds and it isn’t an issue. We did hear some noise from the appartement above, vacuum cleaning, moving furniture. But for the rest pretty quiet. If you go to Hanalei at the moment pay attention when the road is closed during the week due to a landslide.

When you're vacationing in Paradise, who needs TV?

The property was beautiful inside and out, but the TV remotes presented quite an issue. There were no instructions about how to use the remotes in each room, since the bedroom remotes differed from the living room remote. It took us many efforts to even get the TV on or off. Each time we tried it seemed like a new experience. A detailed description of how to use each remote is needed. The only other negative would be the noisy washing machine. We literally thought it was going to break when we first started it, but it worked, just way too loudly. We would recommend this property despite these minor issues.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Ali'i Kai 10D. The unit is fully remodeled and both the unit and the pool facilities were immaculate. There is a nice garden view from the living room, 2 bedrooms with flat screen tv's and ceiling fans in each room. Two bathrooms which was nice so our son could have his own space. The roosters and local cat made several visits to our patio to say hello which was a nice surprise.We lucked out with nice weather in October. We believe this is the beginning of the rainy season and we did get one day of hard rain, but otherwise the weather was great.The location is close to Hanalei and many other beaches. There is also a shopping center close by which we visited several times. BBQ access was easy. Only one night was a bit crowded, but everyone shared the grills. Aloha hospitality. :)Overall, this was very convenient, super clean, and communication with the owners was excellent. We would definitely stay here again in the future for our Kauai vacation.

Overall our stay at this condo was excellent! We had plenty of towels and wash cloths for our 6 night stay without housekeeping (we opted out) the unit is in the end corner of the complex making it seccluded from the other units almost with a private entrance at the end with its own walkway up to the door, the resort was easy to find and this unit is nice and close to the pool area. Only down side was check out at 10am. The kitchen amenities were plenty just food and your all set! Just outside the patio is a garden view butbif you sit out in the grass you can see the ocean, thonit is far away it’s still a nice sight to see, careful not to let chicken or nene in the will come visit while you sit on the patio but are always nice just would probably be a bad idea to let them inside and PLEASE DONT FEED THEM!! I’m sure if you did this you would be flocked by dozens of birds they are not shy and this could ruin your peaceful relaxing lounge outside.

Beautiful and clean apartment, close to grocery store and Hanalei

This place was excellent. Everything was sparkling clean, the beds were so comfortable, and we had enough towels for all of us. There was everything one needs for a perfect stay in Kauai. The pool and spa area were nice and clean, perfect for the kids, too. Parking for our rental was no problem, there was always a spot right in front of our windows available. We’d love to come back one day.
