The beautiful landscaped communal gardens have a pool with sun loungers and showers. Within walking distance you can play a game of tennis, which also offers a restaurant, bar and gym. Just a few hundred more meters and you'll be at the supermarket and more restaurants. The complex is just 600 meters from the beach, allowing for beautiful walks along the promenade to La Cala de Mijas and beyond.

El apartamento esta muy bien, forma parte de un conjunto residencial con la dinámica propia de vecinos. No están claramente establecidos desde el comienzo costos adicionales por persona, luego se establece un procedimiento de pago para los gastos adicionales que para nosotros resulto complejo, en especial frente a la exigencia inesperada de que los gastos adicionales debían ser cancelados para poder recibir la llave de la propiedad. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado por el propietario y limpio.
