About this villa rental
Villa Lotus is located three kilometer away from the beaches of Nai Thon and Nai Yang and has 190 m2 of living area. Because of the slope, the villa offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
You can reach both the beaches in just five minutes by scooter or car. You can rent a car directly from us or use our inexpensive shuttle service. In both the places you will find restaurants, bars, shops, and markets. The beach area is one of the best and quietest on the island. The villa has a large living area which goes directly in to the spacious covered patio. The tropical garden with sala and the built-in pool are an oasis of calm.
Our maid takes care of you and the villa every day from 9.00 - 12.00 und 13.00 - 17.00. Upon request she cooks for you free of charge. You are only charged for the ingredients which are bought at the local market and a small fee for driving to the market.
Our house is perfect for a family holiday. Children are welcome.
If you want to enjoy your regular coffee, you should bring your favourite along. We provide an espresso machine and a french press.
Outside there is a large swimming pool, a pool shower, outdoor toilet and a utility room available with a European washing machine. Our pool is filled with fresh water, but is slightly salty as the fully automatic pool system is operated by salt - bio sanitisation method. The pool water is therefore extremely compatible to your skin and a special swimming experience is guaranteed for you and your children.
Our Villa Lotus also has a small home pharmacy, which is sufficiently equipped for first aid( An automatic defibrillator type Powerheart AED G3 is assembled at our home and can be used within seconds, your local contact (at least English) is also available at all times).
Massage service in your villa: We are pleased to offer a private massage service. (Traditional Thai massage, oil massage, professional medical massage, etc.)
Internet:
The price includes, of course, free internet (Free WiFi).

On request, we can provide you with a list of our most recommended trips.
Pickup:
The pick-up from and drop-off at the airport are included in the price as long as you stay five nights or more.
Car and scooter rental:
We also rent out several cars from 4/5 till 7 seats and also scooters. Cars include a fully comprehensive insurance and a navigation system with preconfigured favourites.
occupancy:
The price listed on Homeaway is for up to six persons* (three bedrooms). One additional person (incl. extra bed) per room is possible and costs 25 Euros per person/per day. Please let us know at least 4 weeks in advance when you need additional beds.
*not counting babies maximal 4 years old and sleeping in baby bed or sleeping with parents

We really enjoyed the location and the property. The host was very accomodating and the housekeeper was amazing. Highly recommend.

We came from the US and have never been to Thailand. We did not know what to expect but we were not disappointed! Our butler was in contact with us days before our departure. He had a driver pick us up at the airport with a sign. He arranged rental scooters, in villa massages, our private chef and even restocked the fridge with our preferred beverages. He even came over to connect the outdoor speakers to my phone for me when requested. Our private chef was incredible and cooked out of an extensive Thai menu in the villa, we just texted the butler or told the chef each night or morning what we would order for breakfast, lunch, dinner. We just paid for the ingredients from the market. Usually around 500 Thai Baht (14$ usd) per meal for 4 people, always had left overs. Make sure to order the desserts too! The pool was lovely and well kept. We scheduled many activities during our stay and our chef was wonderful to time our meals when we got home. The maid tidied the villa each day and did our laundry we put in the laundry basket, amazing. One thing I was nervous about was air conditioning, I wasn't sure if this would be available. We had an excellent AC that kept the temperature perfectly cool for us. I cannot say enough good things about this villa. This was our best vacation and we cannot wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Mr Nu was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our housekeeper was also fantastic and an amazing cook!
The property is suitable for families and couples. My husband and and I travelled with our 1.5year old and we were all very comfortable. You will need a car or scooter to get around though. The property is in a VERY quiet area and there really isn't anything within walking distance.
We would definitely recommend staying here, however It really depends on what type of holiday you are after. The villas are great for relaxing and unwinding and if you like not doing much.

La villa est neuve et tout a été pensé pour que vous passiez un bon séjour:bravo Mike !La villa se trouve dans le parc national, donc calme, loin de l'agitationde Patong, et la vue est bien dégagée.La maison est complètement ouverte vers l'extérieur et chaque chambre a sapropre salle de bain et sa climatisation.Le service est digne d'un grand hôtel, une employée est là à plein tempspour nettoyer la maison et faire la cuisine sur demande, avec le sourire enplus...Mike peut organiser pour vous différentes activités et la plage de NaiThon, à 2 km, est vraiment sympa.Bref, si ce n'est pas le paradis, ça y ressemble fort...Encore merci Mike, à ton ami et à toi, pour le tour de l'île en catamaran.
