This villa is perfect for families or small groups, with three climatized bedrooms (including a king-size) plus a sofa bed in the open gallery, comfortably accommodating up to max 6/7 guests. Two luxurious bathrooms feature a whirlpool bath and a shower, enhanced with relaxing natural bath salts for a true spa experience.
The Mediterranean garden, terraces, and private lounge offer privacy and serenity, while the heated saltwater pool with daybed and neck-massage fountain invites relaxation from spring to end of September (other months on request). NEW in 2025: a sunshade in front of the bedrooms provides extra comfort for lounging and relaxation.
Modern amenities include WIFI, 55” Smart TV, printer, alarm system, safe, and private double garage. The kitchen features both American and Nespresso coffee machines, with welcome capsules provided.
Local experiences abound: the nearest restaurant is a short walk away, delis and traditional food are nearby, and wine tours, hiking, biking (with bikes delivered to the villa), boat cruises, and opera nights at the Arena di Verona are easily arranged.

Beautiful well equipped and immaculately maintained villa in lovely location with incredible views. We were a family of 6 adults and one infant and the villa was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to enjoy with many lovely seating areas. Renate our host was the best host you could ever hope for. The communication throughout was fantastic and she was so helpful, assisting us with our plans for what to do for our stay. Would certainly recommend.

Villa was perfect with amazing views of the lake, very clean and well stocked. San Zeno was an amazing little town. Perfect if you like peace and quiet and away from the tourist crowds. Easy 20 minute drive to the lake.
