This apartment is right in the center of the coastal town of Playa San Juan to the south of the island of Tenerife.
This apartment occupies the second floor of the building and you can access with lift.
It is only 50 meters from the beach and hat a nice terrace.
The apartment hat 98 m2 distributed as it follows:
* 1 bedroom in Suite with double bed (1.80 x 1.90 m) with bathroom with bath and with Jacuzzi and bidet
* 1 bedroom with two single bed of (90 x 1.90 m)
* 1 bedroom with single bed (90 x 1.90 m)
* Fully equipped kitchen with access to terrace: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric coffee machine, microwave and washing machine
* Living room with wide window to the terrace: with Smart TV, international channels and Internet connection via fiber optics
* Bathroom with shower
* Extra room with wash machine and iron
*Deposit of 150 euros to be paid cash upon arrival
Playa San Juan is a small fishing village. Quiet and inhabited by local residents, is an attractive alternative to mass tourism resorts.
The village is beside a small bay and a black sand beach labeled with a Blue flag distinction. The beach has all commodities and it’s ideal for children thanks to the moderate waves.
It is one of the areas with the best climate in Tenerife, with warm and pleasant temperatures and not very windy throughout the year.
Due to its amenities and central location it is unnecessary to rent a car to move around the town.
It is an ideal place for sea lovers who avoid great tourist spots. Here you can enjoy a good swim on the beach, a good walk, a good meal and even a suggestive weekly market with local products on the beautiful seafront promenade.
There are also many coastal trails and the possibility of practicing water sports such as kayaking, diving or sailing in the same port.

Top Unterkunft mit Lift, große Terasse, Strand in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Plaza und Supermarkt ebenfalls. Für Familien sehr empfehlenswert!s

An ein paar Stellen merkt man noch, dass das Appartment sehr neu ist, diese Punkte werden aber sicherlich behoben (z.B. quietschende Türen, nicht fest geschraubter Backofen) und die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien in der sonst perfekten Küche könnte an ein paar Stellen etwas umfangreicher sein, die Pfannen sind z.B. sehr klein, was zum Thema wird, wenn man für 5 Leute kocht. Die Töpfe sind aber perfekt. Dies ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Der Ort ist eher klein und verträumt, abseits der Hotel-Tourismus, was für uns perfekt war, v.a. hat man genügend Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants vor der Tür.
