About this house rental
This extensively modernized, thatched and very cozy Frisian house with a unique view of the Ruttebüller lake in North Friesland has existed for over 300 years.
The house has 4 bedrooms for 8-10 people + baby travel cot. Furnished with 3 double beds and a large sofa bed and double loft bed. 6 adults and 2-4 children plus baby can stay here comfortably and undisturbed.
On the ground floor
Here is the entrance area with old toilet doors and sauna. Both from the ground and from the upper floor you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the vastness of the North Frisian landscape.
The living / dining area with a cozy seating area and high-quality entertainment equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Whether flat TV with Sky, Sonos sound system or Nespresso machine. Free WiFi is available in the house. The dining area with open kitchen connects to the living room and has a fireplace, which is wonderful to look at. A large dining table with comfortable chairs invites you to linger. The kitchen with all electrical appliances (oven / stove with induction, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.) lets you take part in everyday life.
Two of the 4 bedrooms, equipped with 180x200 cm box spring beds along with a wardrobe and advantageous details, are accessible at ground level from the ground floor.
In a side hall is the spacious shower room with bidet and the washing machine / dryer tower, which is right next to the sauna. From here you can also access the garden and the terrace with gas grill.
Upstairs
Here is the large gallery with a cozy seating area, large pool table, swing for children, the 2nd Bathroom and two further bedrooms. It impresses with the ceiling, which is open to the roof, free beam position and high-quality equipment. The children's room is next to the shower room. This is with a double loft bed along with all toys such. B. Brio train, Duplo-Lego and many board games, which leaves little to be desired. On the opposite gable side is another large bedroom, with a 180x200 cm double bed and double sofa bed as a small seating area.
Here all rooms have built-in wardrobes with sufficient hangers and storage space. There are underfloor heating systems in both bathrooms and the dining area, which ensure pleasant warmth even in colder temperatures.
Dogs are welcome (for a fee).
