About this apartment rental

The apartment, completed in 2007, is located on a former farm in the idyllic town of Frenke. Not far from the Weser between Pied Piper and Baron Munchausen, there are numerous excursion destinations in the beautiful Weser Uplands.
On 30m ² there is a cozy living-dining room with an adjoining small kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The shower room is small but modern. There is also a breakfast area in the garden.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Our apartment 2 is the smaller of the two with 30 m². The apartment, completed in 2007, is ideal for two people who want to make themselves comfortable in a small space.
The apartment offers a living room with an open kitchen. In addition to the flat-screen TV, the free WiFi access also offers entertainment. But bring your own device with you.
The small kitchen is equipped with everything a 2-person household needs. Refrigerator with 3-star freezer, two-plate ceramic hob and microwave to make your stay as convenient as possible.
The adjacent bathroom is small but modern.
In the bedroom there is a wardrobe next to the large double bed.
An idyllic garden seat is also available and is particularly suitable for a cozy breakfast.
The apartment is far from the street, so you won't be bothered by noise.

ATTENTION: For the optional provision of bed linen and towels, 5, - EUR per guest and stay will be charged. The costs for the final cleaning do not apply if this is carried out by the guests themselves.

ACCESS FOR GUESTS
The apartment has a separate entrance. A small hallway can also be used.

I live right next door, so I am always available for questions and requests. This means that the keys can be handed over at any time.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The small town of Frenke is idyllically nestled in the beautiful Weser Uplands - loneliness and tranquility cannot be surpassed here. Not far from the Weser with the well-known Weser cycle path and between the rat catcher town of Hameln and Münchhausen town of Bodenwerder, Frenke is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions. Whether Hämelschenburg, the old town of Hameln or the Weserbergland-Weg - our region has a lot to offer. We are happy to make suggestions for your day trips.

GETTING THERE
Arrival by car
> from Hameln (B83 or B217) coming towards Emmerthal / Eschershausen.
> from the south (B83) in Hehlen over the Weser bridge towards Daspe / Hajen.
> from Hildesheim comment (B1) towards Lauenstein / Börry.

Warning, the navigation devices want to guide visitors again and again over the Weser ferry in Grohnde. This is not in operation all year round.

Are you reluctant to travel by car? Please note that the accessibility of Frenke by public transport is not ideal. The closest train station is in Emmerthal (approx. 7 km). The main train station in Hameln is approx. 12 km away.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

For the optional provision of bed linen and towels, EUR 5 per guest and stay is charged.
The final cleaning can be done by the guest himself or optionally booked for 30, - EUR.
The costs for bed linen, towels and final cleaning will be charged in cash on site. Please note that card payments are not possible.

Während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes waren wir sehr zufrieden. Zum einen lag dies an der außerordentlichen Gastfreundschaft mit der wir empfangen wurden. Zum anderen lag dies auch an der sehr schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man kann sich in dem gemütlichen Ambiente sehr wohl fühlen. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass sich die Ferienwohnung innerhalb des Haupthauses des ehemaligen Dreiseiter-Hofs befindet. Die ehemalige Hofanlage wurde geschmackvoll restauriert und bietet ein beeindruckendes Ambiente. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig in einem kleinen Dorfkern. Von hier aus kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten des Weserberglandes gut erreichen. Die Weser mit dem Weserradweg ist nur ca. 1,5 Kilometer entfernt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.
