Summary of reviewsEnjoyable stay in this studio close to the sea and Seaquarium. The residence is clean and well-maintained. A thermostatic mixer would be welcome in the shower (very hot water).

Agréable séjour dans ce studio proche de la mer et du Seaquarium La résidence est propre et les extérieurs bien entretenus Par contre un mitigeur thermostatique serait bienvenu dans la douche ( eau très chaude)

appartement très fonctionnel.inutile de prendre sa voiture;commerces à proximité,la plage se trouve à 200m et le centre du Grau Du Roi à 10 mns à pieds.lotissement très calme.à recommander.

Appartement très fonctionnel et très propre.la plage se trouve à 200m.il est inutile de prendre la voiture, nombreux commerce à proximité. Le quartier est très calme.

Appartement très bien situé mais vieillot. Le rideau de douche n'est pas très hygiénique, il manque des prises électriques dans le coin cuisine:une seule prise pour le micro ondes, rien pour brancher la cafetière et le grille pain. Présence d'un lave vaisselle mais pas assez de couverts et assiettes. La porte qui sépare la pièce principale du couloir gêne et la porte du placard devrait s'ouvrir dans l'autre sens pour faciliter l'accès.
