The location was great - walking distance from a beautiful secluded beach and pool. We walked in two of the evenings on the beach to grab dinner. It’s part of housing complex which is very quiet and nice. There are two swimming pools in the complex within walking distance (700m and 200m) - both very nice (though there is too much chlorine). The house has ACs in all room, private parking, small kitchen and large dining table, washing machine, and very nice and well kept bedrooms. We had very pleasant stay and felt at home.

The property is located walking distance to the beach. Beach is very beautiful and one of the best in Cha-am. The house was very clean and has lots of cooking materials. Everything was comfortable and perfect.
The facility is a bit far from convenience stores and you would need a car to get there, but it was not a problem for us because we have a car.

ฉันชอบเพราะมีครัวพร้อมอุปกรณ์ครบครัน โซฟานั่งสบาย โต๊ะกินข้าวบรรยากาศเงียบสงบเหมาะกับการพักผ่อน มีสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว แต่ต้องขับรถไปด้านหลังของหมู่บ้านไม่ไกลมาก มีห้องน้ำ 3 ห้อง ห้องอาบน้ำพร้อมสุขา 2 ห้องอยู่ชั้นบน และมีห้องสุขา 1 ห้องอยู่ชั้นล่าง แนะนำให้โทรแจ้งที่พักก่อนเข้าพัก เพื่อที่ทางที่พักจะได้ให้รหัสสำหรับเอากุญแจในกล่อง ตอนที่เราไปพักยังไม่ได้รับรหัสและต้องแจ้งยามก่อนเข้าพัก ที่พักยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด แต่ทางที่พักโทรมาแจ้งว่าจะให้แม่บ้านไปทำความสะอาดก่อน 1 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งไม่มีปัญหา เราออกไปหาของกิน พอกลับมาทุกอย่างก็เรียบร้อยดีค่ะ แต่ตอนเช็คเอาท์เปิดตู้เสื้อผ้าดูแล้วพบว่ามีแขกก่อนหน้านี้ลืมกางเกงไว้ ทุกอย่างดูดีเรียบร้อย ชอบมากค่ะ
เครื่องซักผ้ามีกลิ่นเหม็นมาก เปิดมามีขี้จิ้งจกเต็มเครื่องซักผ้าเลย จักรยานคันเล็กน่ารักดี ปั่นไปชายหาดตอนเช้าได้ แต่เบาะจักรยานพัง มีสนิม ถ้าเปลี่ยนใหม่ได้ก็ดี จักรยานเป็นไฮไลต์ของที่พักที่นี่ สามารถปั่นไป ชายหาด ได้ช่วงเช้าๆ, กระดาษทิชชูในห้องน้ำไม่มีมีเป็น ห่อเล็กๆกระดาษแผ่นบางมาก
