Ruhige Lage, mit guter Anbindung zu Bus und Trambahn.
Nah genug am Friedenspark & auch reichlich Restaurants und andere Läden in der Gegend. Klein aber Fein und sehr auber war es. Auf dem sehr kleinen Fernseher kann man Baseball schauen : D

Una habitacion tenia el aite. Acondicionado dañado, lo comentamos y no oudieron arreglarlo entonces nos enviaron un ventilador que nos ayudo, los apartamentos bastante pequeños

The location was not far away from the touristic areas. Since it is located off main streets, it is quiet all the time. And the key collection was very easy.
If any convenience store is closer to the location, it would be ideal. But a 24hours open supermarket was just 8 minutes away so it would not be that inconvenient.

The location is fine and the host is friendly. The apartment is fine for a low price, but there are many things that needs improvment.
Too much documentation needed before check-in. The AC unit barely works. The sofa bed is unusable and the bunk beds are old and unstable. The bathroom is small, even by Japanease standards.
