About this apartment rental
Beautiful tipical canarian house in first sea line to the sea. A house full of history and preserved in its style and situated on the seafront in a fishing village on the southwest coast of the island. The access to the 2 homes in the first floor are through a canarian patio with garden. All rooms are located and has access along a balcony overlooking this patio. The property has a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining area, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the large terrace with fantastic views to the Atlantic and the neighboring island of La Gomera, the beach and small fishing port. Who does not want to walk 3 minutes to the beach has just in front of the house an access to the sea via a ladder. It is perfect for people who are looking for something different, bohemian and quiet in front of the sea. The other home in the house is almost empty because the homeowners does not live in the Island. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels, in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft, von der Aussicht über das Haus selber mit seinem tollen Innenhof bis hin zur Einrichtung und dem kurzen Weg zum Meer, ich bin immer noch begeistert.

This was our 3rd attempt at staying here due to Covid & it was worth the wait. Lovely, quirky property. Great location, shops, bars & restaurants all within walking distance. Fantastic view. Would definitely recommend. All communication was perfect as well.

Perfect, if you like the basics of life without extra luxury than a a beautiful old house, lovely terrace, good kitchen, good restaurants and relaxed little town.
The house is beautiful, a genuine original Canarian house lovingly maintained without modern refurbishment but with everything one needs. Very friendly owners and good rental agency.

Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist jedes Mal wieder sensationell. Inzwischen gibt es auch kostenloses WLAN. Der Ort ist nicht touristisch überlaufen und verfügt trotzdem über eine gute Infrastruktur (Supermärkte, Restaurants usw.). Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen bei Top Kanaren - ein besonderer Dank geht diesmal an Diana!
Die Küche ist sehr einfach und könnte einen etwas moderneren Standard vertragen. Eine Spülmaschine und ein paar scharfe Messer wären schön gewesen.
