Our holiday apartment not only offers you a fantastic view over the Baltic Sea, it is also comfortable and fully equipped according to the needs of our holiday guests.
In the Maritim Hotel Travemünde in 32 Our apartment is on the first floor. The spacious living room was renovated in 2013. The bedroom and bathroom were extensively renovated in November 2016. In addition, a large 40 inch flat screen and free WiFi provide entertainment when the weather is not so good.
In the bedroom there is a box spring bed which offers you maximum sleeping comfort, as well as a large wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas, a large dining table for 4 people and a TV. A sofa has a sleeping function and offers 2 people enough comfort for a good night's sleep. After the renovation in November 2016, the shower room has a large wellness shower. In the small kitchen you will find a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a kettle.
For our very young guests we have a high chair and a travel cot ready for you in the apartment.
Both rooms have access to the large balcony. Here you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea with lively shipping traffic.
Kurpark, shopping mile are only a few steps away.
You have the freedom of an apartment in the Maritim Residenz and can use the amenities of the hotel.
Restaurant 'Above the clouds' (35th floor), porter's lodge incl. Bread delivery service (manned 24 hours), underground parking space incl.
Swimming pool, sauna, solarium in the house for a fee

Genau das Richtige für eine kleine Auszeit,schön eingerichtete Wohnug ,alles da was man braucht.Und der Ausblick ,einfach traumhaft.

Kleine aber feine Wohnung, wo man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einmalig. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder. Rundum zufrieden sind wir gewesen.

Die Wohnung ist im guten Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Leider nagt der Zahn der Zeit ( 50 Jahre ) am Gebäude. In der Wohnung sind keine Thermostatventile für die Heizkörper montiert und im WC schaltet sich die Abzuganlage nach einer gewissen Zeit nicht aus. Die Fenster ,-Türrahmen dichten nicht mehr richtig ab. Ein viel zu kleiner Fahrstuhl ist für das Parkhaus zuständig und bedient sowohl die Residenz als auch das Maritim Hotel. Wenn man aber die Angebote für so eine tolle Wohnungslage in der Lübeker Bucht vergleicht ist diese Wohnung kaum zu toppen. Wenn man einige Abstriche in Kauf nimmt ( woran der Vermieter nichts kann) ist dort ein schöner Urlaub zum vernünftigen Preis möglich.
