Natural Park Sa Duaia 7 km from Capdepera: Large, cosy, comfortable villa "Cala Torta Na Lluny", surrounded by fields. Above de Cala Torta, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 30 ha with wildlife garden, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine. Motor access (1.5 km via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 20 km, sandy beach "Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana" 3 km pebble beach "Cala Estreta" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 8 km, riding stable 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Object suitable for 10 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Die Finca bot uns eine atemberaubende Aussicht sowie Ruhe und Erholung. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber darüber lässt sich bei der Lage hinweg sehen. Der tägliche Hausmeisterbesuch wurde nie als störend empfunden. Es konnten dadurch kleine Mängel sofort behoben werden.

Also Stromausfall hatten wir an den 10 Tagen nicht einmal . Das Personal ist super freundlich, dass Haus ist natürlich an manchen Ecken heruntergekommen, dass Bett aus "Metall " sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden . Wir hatten zwei Kinderbetten und einen Hochstuhl, und haben insgesamt 15€ pro Tag dafür bezahlt, also gesamt 150€ das fand ich ziemlich happig, vorallem haben die Matratzen nicht ins Bett gepasst. Das Haus liegt ca.15 min von arta entfernt, die Strecke führt durch Berge.

Lage, Lage, Lage kann man hier zurecht sagen. Dieses Haus liegt so wunderschön abgeschieden erhöht in den Hügeln, dass man einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick aufs Meer und die umliegende Landschaft hat. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und bietet ein sicheres Kinderbecken für kleine Besucher, was Eltern sicher auch mal etwas Ruhe verschaffen kann. Das ist sicher nicht supermodern eingerichtet aber eben mit Charme und alles funktioniert gut. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und der Check in waren super und problemlos, es ist direkt auf dem Weg zum Haus in einem sehr schönen Resteraunt, in dem man auch gut essen kann (Fußmarsch 10 Minuten vom Haus, zumindest bergab). Wenn irgendwas nicht in Ordnung ist, kommt schnell der nette Hausmeister und regelt alles (hier können Spanischkenntnisse nicht schaden, aber mit Händen und Füßen geht es auch, er ist wirklich sehr nett).
Alle, die eine gechillte Zeit haben wollen und mal einen Eindruck bekommen, wollen wie sich Millionäre auf ihrer Dachterrasse fühlen, kann man das Haus sehr empfehlen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

2. Jahr in Folge dort. Die ruhige Lage und der fantastische Panoramablick haben uns wieder komplett begeistert. Allerdings sind nicht nur die selben Mängel wie letztes Jahr da, sondern noch weitere gravierende hinzugekommen. 4 x Stromausfall - somit auch kein fließend Wasser bzw. Toilettenpülung, WLAN oder Kühlschrank. Küchengeräte teils defekt. Der Hausmeister N. war zwar stets zur Stelle und hat alles getan, es ist aber Zeit für eine Modernisierung. Dann kommen wir gerne wieder hierher.
