In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 10 km, public bathing area 8 km. Please note: suitable for families. Additional accommodations can be booked. Youth groups are not allowed. The swimming pool is oval shaped.

Большая внешняя зона для отдыха, с чистым бассейном , гриль-зона расположена в тени, большой сад и место для парковки под крышей .У нас был нижний этаж , достаточно места на семьи с 2 детьми , с большим балконом, плита комби, ел. с газом с хорошей вытяжкой.Ночью есть комары. Кровати комфортные,кондиционер супер!Расположение прекрасное, мы побывали в Порече на 6 разных пляжах прибл. за 8..11км и остались очень довольны! сеть магазинов на любой вкус находится прибл. за 6 км. спасибо ! Hvala!!

So eine ruhige Umgebung hatte ich noch nie. Porec ist nicht weit weg, wer es auch mal lauter mag. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird täglich kontrolliert. Der Pool ist überall 1,5m tief. Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, alles da. Grosser Balkon und ein grosses Grundstück. Drachen steigen lassen geht nicht, da zuviele Obstbäume da sind. Dafür gabs Kirschen umsonst. Das WiFi ist in der nördlichen Wohnung etwas schwach, reicht jedoch für Smartphone und Radiostreaming.

Der Pool und Garten sind ein Traum. Alles ist sehr sauber. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Auch haben wir noch nie einen so hilfsbereiten Vermieter kennengelernt. Als unser Sohn krank war,hat er etwas das wir brauchten für uns sofort organisiert. Einmal hat er uns Feigen geschenkt. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Es sind nur 10Min bis Porec, toller Ausgangspunkt.
