About this apartment rental
170 km north of Rovaniemi, in the Levi tourist center, located in the West Slope area.
Wooden semi-detached house, built in 2005. The living room includes a sofa set and a kitchenette. The bedroom has a double bed (with sliding door). In the loft, there are 2 seating areas and a double bed, a nook with a bed (120 cm wide), and an additional bed (80 cm wide). There is a sauna, bathroom, separate toilet, and a small covered porch. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, espresso machine (bring your own capsules), and toaster. The 43-inch Smart TV allows access to Netflix, Prime Video, Google Play, etc. The kitchen and living room furniture will be updated in 2025, and the washing machine will be replaced in 2024.
A reliable and high-speed internet connection is provided via fiber optic cable with WiFi. The TV operates through a Maxivision device. The internet is sufficient for demanding users.
Guests have access to a heated sports equipment storage/ski maintenance room and a laundry room. The ski maintenance room includes a waxing bench and iron, while the laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Access to these facilities is from outside.
A high chair, crib, and potty are available upon request.
Please note: This property is rented only to families, couples, and others seeking a peaceful holiday. It is not rented to groups consisting of individuals under 25 years old.

You can watch Netflix, Prime Video, Google Play, etc. The kitchen and living room furniture were renovated in 2025, and the washing machine was replaced in 2024.
Available heated storage room/ski maintenance room and a laundry room. In the ski maintenance room there is wax bench and iron. In the laundry room there is washing machine, 2 drying cabinets, as well as ironing facilities. Facilities are shared with the other apartment in the duplex apartment. Entrance to the premises from outside.
Cot, high chair and potty are also in shared use with the neighbour. They are available if neighbour apartment has not booked them earlier.
Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers

Unsere vierköpfige Familie hat eine geräumige und gemütliche Urlaubsunterkunft vorgefunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, um sich selbst zu Verpflegung. Eine Teekanne fehlte leider. Die Ausstattung mit einem Trockenschrank für die Kleidung ist sehr komfortabel und wurde gut genutzt. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit, insbesondere in der Küche und dem Bad, etwas zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

We stayed 4 nights to do ski in Levi. The cottage is located in accessible walking distance from the closest lift. It was perfect room size for 4 adults stay without stress and there are enough kitchen equipment for cooking. Only complaint is the cleanliness. We had to vacuum clean on the first day since we found a lot of breadcrumbs on the floor, mattress and sofa. Nevertheless the cottage was very reasonable and perfect for our ski vacation. Wifi would have been a nice to have!
