The house was great and we had a good time. The one time we needed assistance, the maintenance man came immediately. We planned on checking in as indicated at 4, but I received a message the house was ready. It was a little frustrating to find out that was not the case and we had to leave for another hour. However, the stay and accommodations made up for it.

We loved the Champagne Chalet! There was a large family room with plenty of seating, plus two tables so we could do puzzles and play games. We loved the covered back deck with the comfy seating and the game room had lots of activities for the teens. The chalet itself was beautiful and very clean. In addition, it was just a short walk to the restaurant for supper. We would stay here again!

We stayed at the Champaine Chalet for 5 nights. We had a large group and the home was comfortable and spacious.The home was well stocked as described in the listing. The game room was a perfect hangout. The back covered deck was also a plus. It did rain a couple nights and it was perfect place to gather. We all enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The playground was also great for the kids. Both are a short walk from the property.The fire pit was also enjoyed by all. There was an issue with the air unit not working correctly and maintenence tended to it immediately. I would stay again and definitely recommend this property.

Thank you for such a beautiful cabin we enjoyed our stay ! It was just perfect! Everything! Is so specious! The kids enjoyed the play room! Everyone was able to have their own room ! The kitchen was big enough for cooking , the living room perfect space for all of us to be together! We loved it! Our bonfire was excellent ! We are looking forward to be back pretty soon ! Also thank you for all the Christmas trees (decoration) everything was clean and beautiful!
