About this house rental
This beautiful stone house with pool is located below the Biokovo Nature Park and offers a marvellous view of the islands of central Dalmatia and the village of Tuepe. The two residential units of the house are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and are connected by internal stairs. The living room with kitchen on the ground floor has a separate entrance, in front of it is the pool, a playground and a barbecue terrace are next to it. In the basement there is an activity room with billiards and pikado as well as a fitness room. A comfortable interior and the location of this holiday home are just two of the arguments in favour of choosing this holiday property. Makarska is only about 5 km away from this holiday resort, where, in addition to the beautiful and extensive beaches, you will also find a wide range of restaurants serving traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Discover the beauty of the Adriatic Sea and visit the islands of Brac and Hvar. Don't miss the town of Omis, where the river Cetina flows into the sea, a place for sports enthusiasts looking for an adrenaline rush. The region of Dalmatia will remain in your memory if you visit one of the fishing festivals or a concert of Dalmatian folk groups during your summer holiday.

We were really impressed with this property and it was good value for money.
It is arranged as two, two-bedroom apartments over the upper two floors, with a communal kitchen and bar area on the ground floor. Then there is a further basement area with games and fitness equipment.
We only used the ground floor kitchen, which had everything we needed. Indoors was generally spacious and comfortable but the real highlight of this property is the VIEW of the sea and the mountains, the photos don't do it justice. There is plenty of outdoor space around the pool and hot tub and seating area, and we had a great time chilling out here.
The family who owns the house were really lovely - Bartul met us at the house to give us the keys and show us around, and then came back at the end of the week. They provided some snacks and drinks when we arrive, and the family make their own wine and fruit liqueurs which are available to buy and are delicious.
The property is in a small village, about 300m elevation above Tucepi - the steep windy roads were a bit tricky at first but you get used to it. There is no shop in the village but there are a few Konobas - we had dinner at Konoba Veza, the fish was great.
Highly highly recommended!

We had a great vacation in this house. The view over the sea and the islands is exceptional. The house is well equipped with a gym and the kitchen comfortably placed on the ground floor next to the terrace. It’s close to the beach, Makarska, the excellent restaurant Jeny, Biokovo and more. Ivo and Ante were very helpful. We really would love to return to this place!
