2022 - new extended kitchen with washer/dryer combo, granite counters and backsplash
BEST LAYOUT IN ALL OF MYRTLE BEACH. THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND UNIT. .THERE IS ONLY ONE PER FLOOR AND THIS UNIT IS THE HIGHEST UP WHICH GIVES IT A UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE OCEAN. ALSO THIS UNIT IS VERY PRIVATE BEING AN END UNIT IT SITS BY ITSELF IN THE WHOLE SOUTH BLOCK OF THE BUILDING SO YOU HAVE NO DIRECT NEIGHBORS..WHAT MAKES THIS UNIT UNIQUE IS THE WRAP AROUND 200 SQ FOOT BALCONY THAT IS HUGGGEEEE. THE WHOLE LIVING ROOM IS FLOOR TO CEILING GLASS THAT WRAPS AROUND AND YOU CAN ENOUGH ACCESS THE BALCONY FROM THE BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM WHICH MAKES IT VERY UNIQUE FOR A ONE BEDROOM. THIS CONDO IS MADE LIKE AN ACTUAL CONDO NOT LIKE A HOTEL ROOM AS YOU WALK INTO A FOYER INSTEAD OF THE BEDROOM. THIS UNIT BOASTS ALMOST 1000 SQ FT COMBINING THE INSIDE AND THE LARGE BALCONY. THE BEDROOM IS OVER SIZED AND 2 PLUSH QUEEN SIZE BEDS, LARGE WINDOW LOOKING OVER THE CITY, AND A LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV. THE LIVING ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH A SLEEPER SOFA, PULL DOWN MURPHY BED, 60" TV/ XBOX ONE WITH GAMES(SLEEPS 8) CUSTOM FLOORING THROUGHOUT, FULL KITCHEN WITH BACKSPLASH, HIGH TOP SITTING ADIRONDACK PATIO FURNITURE TO LOOK OVER INTO THE OCEAN. THE FLOOR TO CEILING GLASS THAT WRAPS AROUND THE WHOLE LIVING ROOM MAKES IT EASY TO SEE DOLPHINS FROM JUST SITTING IN THE LIVING ROOM. THIS IS TRULY A ONE OF A KIND UNIT AND ONE OF MY FAVORITE LAYOUTS IN ALL OF MYRTLE BEACH.
Pets are allowed upon my approval. at certain times There will be a daily pet fee.(non aggressive)
2 queen beds, pull out murphy bed, and sleeper sofa so sleeps 8( bedding wise it sleeps 8 however I do not recommend this many as it's just a 1br unless a good portion are small children... 4 to 6 comfortably)

this wonderful unit is located in the MOST REQUESTED Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower located within Compass cove resort. The Pinnacle tower is a part located at Compass cove with over 750 ft of ocean frontage.
The number one resort in Myrtle beach. With over 23 pools and water features this resort is top rated family resort in area. Has 2 different indoor water park areas, Several hot tubs,3 different lazy rivers, 2 being indoor. a HUGE kids water park, , .. This resort has the largest pool deck in myrtle beach stretching across 750 ft of beach access. Once you visit this wonderful resort you will never want to visit another resort when visiting Myrtle Beach..
WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME
1)I DO NOT charge credit card fees like most on here – The Payment system charges us 3% every booking. Most owners direct that back to guest but I eat that myself
2) I DO NOT charge any silly administration or booking fees like most on here – Sneaky way of owners charging guest more money… I do not operate like that.
3)I DO NOT charge any silly damage waiver fees like most on here – Once again a sneaky way for owners to get more money…I don’t do that.
4) I have had the same linen/cleaning fee since the beginning of time for my guest…a SIMPLE 99 dollars. My actual cost for this service has rose over the past few years due to the demand and economy rising but yet I kept the same price for my guests as it cost me much more. On top of that I offer more towels then most rentals so once again I eat that difference in cost.
5) I have the minimum set up for refundable damage deposit at only $100 dollars which is refunded within 7 days of checkout. I have seen a lot of owners have it from $300-$500 and even more. Who wants to fork out that much money just to be held until check out, not me and of course I wouldn’t ask you to do that either.
Long story is short is no one wants to go to book a unit and see like 10 different random charges so I try to keep it simple as can be. (VRBO charges service fee which I have no control over)
Rental Rules and Regulations
1)Check in 4pm
2) Check out 10am
3).Parking Passes are included. Approx 8-10 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are fully made also). As we all know , vrbo rentals(private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8-10 towels sets instead of most rentals on here as most only offer 2-4 towel sets
4) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties.

Great place for a couple. Cozy and charming. Comfortable furniture and beds. AC kept it perfect. I honestly loved being on the side of the building, instead of the front. Gorgeous views and felt more private. Elevators right next to the condo and no issues with them at all. Don't be concerned about being on the top floor. It was great. Food on the second floor was really good and not too expensive. Pools and hot tubs were clean and not over crowded. Our fur baby was welcomed on his first trip to the beach, too. The washer/dryer is a great addition. A little learning curve to using it but figured it out. One detail. We are an openly Gay couple. We honestly had a few concerns about being in South Central Myrtle. We had ZERO issues. Everyone we encountered was polite and friendly. I deducted from cleanliness. Overall the place was clean. Beds and sheets, towels, etc all good. We did have to wipe a layer of dust off of both TV's, which also had "stuff" on them. Bottom of the TP holder was dirty. Between fridge and cabinet was dirty. (Dropped something and had to get it out). 10/10 would go back. Made great memories.

Space needs some work. Ok for a short stay. Too noisy due to construction on upper floors.
