In our individually and lovingly furnished holiday home you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday on about 90 square meters. The floor-heated ground floor leads to the modern and very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, blender, pasta machine, mixer, cake pans, kettle, filter coffee machine, mocha pot, toaster, oven, large ceramic hob, high-quality pans and pots, tea towels) , Cleaning utensils ...). The bright dining area adjoins with a cozy corner bench. The rustic wooden table can also be pulled out and offers space for seven people. Opposite the small reading corner you will find the living area with satellite TV, DVD player and music system with a selection of CDs. Sound stations are also available in the dining area and on the upper floor. There is also free WiFi in the apartment. The double terrace leads to the large terrace. Here you can prepare your meal on the existing grill and enjoy it at the dining area under the pergola. The lounge area on the other hand invites you to relax while enjoying the evening sun.
Children will find something for themselves in the Mediterranean garden: depending on the season, they can snack on raspberries, strawberries, currants, blueberries and blackberries. The property is closed and offers a parking space for your car. Bicycles for adults and children are also available. We would be happy to provide you with maps for cycling tours of different standards around Dinkelsbühl.

The two bedrooms and the floor-heated bathroom are upstairs.
The large bedroom has a large double bed and a sofa corner to pull back and relax. The "French balcony" gives you a wonderful view from above of the terrace and garden and floods the room with sunlight.
In the other bedroom you will find a small writing and working area and a French bed (140cm wide).
In the spacious bathroom you can relax in the bathtub or just take a quick shower after cycling. Towel heater and hair dryer are available.
We provide bed linen and towels at no extra charge.
For the final cleaning we charge an additional 55 euros. The minimum stay in our house is 3 nights.
Our house is located just outside the historic old town. After 150m you walk through the Rothenburg Gate and you are right in the middle. The unique Wörnitzstrandbad is only 300m away. The city park and a children's playground are in the immediate vicinity.
