About this apartment rental
Located on a dead-end QUIET road, this is a 2nd floor (above a 2 car garage) spacious, super clean 2-bed, 1 full bath apartment with a complete kitchen, good sized common area and a private entrance. Lots of big windows and natural sunlight. 20 acres of woods and meadows abundant with wildlife and flowers surround you.
Just a couple of miles from Potawatomi State Park and across the road from Sand Bay.
Ten minutes from western edge of beautiful, vibrant Sturgeon Bay!
One bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. There is also a pull out couch with a new comfortable queen sized memory foam mattress. Quality linens and towels are provided. High speed Starlink internet and a 43-inch flat screen TV with Dish service. The apartment also has a completely equipped kitchen with a good sized refrigerator and freezer, electric range/oven, microwave, toaster, and a drip coffee maker available. All the dishes and cookware you should need. Otherwise, just ask for whatever you're missing.
Outdoor gas grill, picnic table, fire ring with benches, firewood provided. The property is very quiet with an abundance of birds and wildlife. No immediate neighbors with lots of secure off road parking. Garage available if needed to store bicycles or motorcycles. Owners live on the premises and are available when needed.
Base rate is for two people, an additional charge of $10 per day, per person will apply. Maximum occupancy is five persons. No children under 12. No pets.

It was tranquil, clean and everything I needed. Close to town, but far enough away to enjoy the countryside. The hosts were present, friendly, knowledgeable about the area and brought us cookies to welcome us. 15 minutes from a charging station for electric cars.

The Doorstop and hosts Joan and Steve were very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The rental was small but very clean and neat and the spot serene and off the beaten track but not far from many other places of interest. We enjoyed viewing the wildlife, including birds, turkeys and deer.
