Welcome to Bear's Landing, your ideal 4-bedroom, 4-bath mountain retreat in the heart of Northstar! This spacious two-story home is perfectly designed for family vacations and reunions.
Main Level Living Area:
- Great Room: Features vaulted wood ceilings, a cozy wood stove, plush leather couches, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning views of Martis Valley.
- Entertainment: Gather around the large flat-screen TV with YouTube TV.
- Dining: An open-plan area includes a dining table for eight and a separate game table that seats four.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: A modern kitchen with granite countertops, a gas range, updated appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
- Main Level Primary Suite 1: King-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a double sink vanity and a stand-up shower.
- Main Level Primary Suite 2: King-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a double sink vanity and a stand-up shower.
- Lower Level Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
- Lower Level Bedroom 4: Two twin beds.
- Lower Level Bathrooms: Two identical full bathrooms, each with a double sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combination.
- A half bath and a full-size laundry room are also located on the main floor.
Downstairs Game Room & Entertainment:
- A large game room featuring a pool table, a ping pong table, and an entertainment center with a TV.
- Two futons provide extra sleeping space for up to four children.
- Sliding glass doors open to a flat outdoor area, perfect for snow play or lawn games.
Outdoor Space:
- An expansive deck off the main living area offers 180-degree views of Martis Valley.
- Complete with outdoor furniture and a gas grill available seasonally, it's the perfect spot for a summer barbecue.
As our guest, you will have private access to the entire home and its amenities.
Your access includes:
- The entire 4-bedroom, 4-bath house.
- A private two-car garage.
- A large, flat driveway with total parking for up to five vehicles.
Optional Resort Amenities: For a small daily fee, you can also enjoy the exclusive amenities at the Northstar Property Owners Association, which include:
- Shared swimming pools
- Relaxing hot tubs and a sauna
- A fully equipped fitness center and gym
- Tennis courts
This home is professionally managed by Tahoe Mt Properties. Our team is available to assist you as needed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Winter Advisory (Nov 1st - May 1st): Propane for the gas grill is not monitored, and its accessibility is not guaranteed during winter months. Decks are shoveled for structural safety only and may not be clear of snow for guest use.

We had an amazing time with friends. We had four adults and three teens and the set up in the house was perfect. The kitchen had everything you could need. The kids loved the pool table too and having their own separate area.

Great layout with 2 bedrooms and kids rooms downstairs, and a game area that was a hit. The kitchen was really nice and fully stocked as well. We had a great time staying here while skiing in Northstar. Thank you!

The layout of this house is great with 2 master suites upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs.This house is in need of an update, stuck in the 90’s.
