About this apartment rental
The house rests in the mountain village Steibis. The house consists of four apartments. The 80sqm (900sqft) Allgäutraum occupies the second floor. Its cosy interior and bright rooms create a pleasant atmosphere for an unforgettable vacation time. A large balcony surrounds the family room with spectacular mountain and golf course views. Two bedrooms and a large family/dining room provide ample space for gathering and privacy at the same time. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. This apartment is member of the Oberstaufen Plus program with OBERSTAUFEN PLUS CARDs available for each guest. These cards allow using mountain cabins (serving as ski pass during winter season), Aquaria waterpark, buses, e-bike rental and much more at NO COST for our guests. This will save a lot of money! The Imberg mountain cabin is in walking distance and takes you right into the Steibis Ski Arena. During summertime its a perfect starting point into a hiking paradise with several trails and mountain „Hütten“ for scenic lunch breaks and harty meals.
Another highlight is the 4 seat mountain cabin going up to the top of the Hochgrat at the end of the valley. The ride takes about 15 minutes. A must see in summer and winter seasons offering spectacular views. The restaurant on the top offers a panoramic lookout into the Alps - not to miss!
The balcony with it's scenic view at Hochgrat and Imberg is an ideal retreat to enjoy a glass of whatever to end the day in a private setting. Kids love the waterpark in Oberstaufen year round and all the other fun attractions nearby which can be used FREE of charge by using the Oberstaufen Plus cards.
Not only Golf players will enjoy the view of the 18 hole golf course right in front of the balcony.

Wir sind kurzentschlossen im Februar 2022 nach Steibis in den Winterurlaub gefahren. Die gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt nicht weit von der Imbergbahn und der Skiarena Steibis. Diese ist zu Fuß zu erreichen oder mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten. Besonders gut hat uns die Sache mit der Oberstaufen Plus KArte gefallen.So brauchten wir uns gar nicht an der Kasse des Skiliftes anstellen und konnten auch viele der anderen Inklusivleistungen nutzen, wie zum Beispiel das Aquaria in Oberstaufen, als das Wetter nicht zum Skifahren geeignet war. Wer mit Kindern reist, wird begeistert sein, von der großen Auswahl an Spielen, Büchern und Hörspielen in der Wohnung. Da ist für jede Altersklasse was dabei. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ringsum gibt es jede Menge Wanderwege und einen Golfplatz direkt nebendran. Nur die Sauberkeit der Wohnung entsprach leider nicht unseren Vorstellungen und sollte verbessert werden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in einem tollen Objekt. Super Kommunikation, Wohnung top ausgestattet, Skilift fussläufig erreichbar: Jederzeit wieder.

Sehr gute Lage, nur 1 km von der Talstation entfernt. Nur ein Ski Keller hat uns gefehlt, aber wenigstens ist ein Trockner da. Sonst hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht.

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen und war passend für drei Erwachsene. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich lieblos, keine Kaffeebecher (haben wir dazugekauft), kaum kleine Löffel, keine Hinweise auf örtliche Infrastruktur, stattdessen überall sehr ernsthafte Hinweise auf wohlgefälliges Verhalten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher fehlten, haben wir uns abends von einem sehr freundlichen Hotelier geliehen. Wlan sollte zwei Tage nach unserer Abreise angeschlossen werden. Vermieter nicht erreichbar.
