VERY QUIET apartment with double glasses windows. The bedroom looks onto the courtyard.
The apartment is located in the prestigious ÎLE SAINT-LOUIS and the Saint-Louis en l'île street is the main street of the ISLAND, very lively during the day, with many shops (bakeries, cheese sellers, butchers...) and reputable restaurants, but very quiet at night. You feel on the island an atmosphere like nowhere else in Paris, a SMALL VILLAGE ATMOSPHERE. All the buildings of the island date from the XVI' and XVII' centuries.
IDEALLY LOCATED – just steps away from the Quartier Latin, the Marais, and the famous Notre Dame cathedral – it's the perfect place to discover Paris on foot.

My wife and I loved this flat. Plenty of room, EXCELLENT location, and a fantastic host. There are cafes; shops for ice cream, wine, cheese, meats, and baked goods literally steps from the front door. It was a perfect base of operations for touring the city. We'd stay there every month if we could! Notes in no particular order: 1. Transportation was arranged for us to the airport at the end of our stay which was a welcome feature. (great communication with the host)2. Flat is located on level 2 (3rd floor).Thanks Philippe and team!

We had a lovely stay in this historic and atmospheric apartment on Ile St. Louis. The location was top notch, walking distance to Notre Dame, the Marais and all the attractions of the left bank. Despite being in the beating heart of Paris it was quiet. Almost like living in a village with a bakery, butcher and fruit and vegetable store close at hand. Also lovely restaurants and coffee shops close by. The apartment was clean, warm and the kitchen well appointed with everything you would need to prepare meals. The host and his representative Rebecca were attentive and responsive to our needs. When our flight was cancelled at the last minute they responded immediately with an offer to change our transportation to the airport and allow us to stay an extra night. Would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting an authentic Paris experience.
