About this house rental
Spacious part of a two-family house for your vacation in the greenery of the beautiful Euganean Hills Park.
The accommodation is tastefully furnished and the pool and a large outdoor area are at the exclusive disposal of guests. Wonderful view from the panoramic terrace. Nearby there are several hiking trails that lead to the surrounding woods, ideal for trekking on foot or by bike and an adventure park for adults and children, where you can test yourself on the various courses of the climbing forest. The surrounding area is rich in wine cellars and restaurants with a varied food and wine offer. And if you are a golfer, we recommend the golf in Rovolon, located at a distance of 5 km.
For spa lovers, the choice is wider: Abano Terme (15 km) and Montegrotto Terme (about 15 km), where curative mud treatments are available. The main art cities of Veneto are also within easy reach: Venice 65 km (also reachable by train from Montegrotto Terme station), Padua 25 km, Vicenza 60 km and Verona 85 km. Lake Garda with its picturesque resorts and famous amusement parks is located about 100 km away. The accommodation we offer is spread over 3 floors. From the kitchen-living room you can go directly to the garden and then to the pool. On the second floor, one of the two double bedrooms is connected to the twin bedroom. The bedroom on the 2nd floor has a bathroom en suite (shower). The owners live at the back of the house with a separate entrance and have a couple of small dogs. The house is located next to IVC290.
Upon prior request to the owner, it is possible to charge electric cars (for a fee).

Perfekte Lage und Aussicht. Gepflegtes Anwesen mit netten Gastgebern. Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung haben ein optimales Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Als 6 köpfige Familie haben wir eine wunderbare Woche in Teolo verbracht. Das Haus ist spektakulär: es handelt sich um ein altes italienisches Landhaus, das sehr komfortabel modernisiert wurde und viel Platz bietet. Einzigartig ist der wunderschöne Blick vom Infinity Pool hinüber in die Euganeischen Hügel. Das Haus ist von einem paradiesischen Garten umgeben und bietet zahlreiche Sitzeckecken, wo man sich wunderbar entspannen kann. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wunderbar waren für uns auch die vielen Haustiere, insb. ein herrlicher großer Hund sowie eine kleine Katze, die sehr zutraulich und anschmiegsam waren. Einziger Nachteil ist ein nicht zuverlässig arbeitendes Internet. Wir mussten oft den Router neu starten und hatten teilweise über mehrere Stunden nur schlechtes oder gar kein Internet. Je nach Perspektive war dies unterschiedlich schlimm, für meinen Mann, der beruflich auf eine funktionierendes Internet angewiesen war, war es lästig. Davon unabhängig aber war es ein Haus, wie es nur sehr selten als Ferienhaus zu finden ist und wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder, da auch die Umgebung von Teolo herrlich ist mit den vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Zahlreiche Städte sind in weniger als 60 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, außerdem kann man wunderschön wandern oder radfahren. Von unserer Seite eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

This is a lovely home that the owners normally reside in when not having guests. The home is clean and spacious, featuring beautifully furnished rooms with spectacular views of the Euganean Hills. The owner was particularly helpful by recommending local restaurants and making dinner reservations for our group.
