This functionally furnished holiday apartment is located in a small residential complex just a short walk from the beach. Enjoy the central location between the sea, town centre and nature, ideal for a break for two or three. Your apartment offers a simply furnished living room with access to the balcony. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa or use the dining area for meals together.
Step out onto the balcony and let your gaze wander over the pine forest. Take a seat at the small table and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. A sunshade provides shade on hot days. The house is situated in the second row and therefore offers a certain degree of privacy in the middle of a lively neighbourhood.
The wide sandy beach, the marina and the centre of Argelès-sur-Mer with its restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Take day trips to nearby Spain or visit Perpignan with its historic old town. Golf enthusiasts will find a well-maintained course nearby. Explore the nearby hinterland and the foothills of the Pyrenees on a hike.

Appartement assez ancien, mais bien entretenu et propre; Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, car situé à 100 mètres de la plage. Un détail ; poêles à changer impérativement (non servies). Sinon à recommander pour passer une semaine à bas coût et dans un cadre agréable.

absence d'état des lieux à l'arrivée et au départ . tv toute neuve mais ne fonctionne pas , appel téléphonique à la responsable le 2 ème jour qui dit qu'elle nous envoie un dépanneur, mais après 12 jours et notre départ nous n'avons malheureusement vu personne .
