About this apartment rental
This apartment (50 sqm) is on the first floor with a view of the countryside and the swimming pool with Torrita of Siena in the background. It consists of a large living room with 2 single sofa beds, dining area and kitchenette, a double room and a bathroom with shower.
Wi-Fi connection. Mosquito screens.
In the shared garden there is also a grill and pool (14x7 open May - October), whose solarium enjoys a breathtaking view over Torrita of Siena and the surrounding landscape.
Laundry room available.
Pizza party once a week, depending on the weather.
This beautiful holiday complex with pool is located 2 km from the beautiful medieval village of Torrita di Siena, in the heart of the Val di Chiana.
The complex is surrounded by its vineyards and olive groves, as well as by a beautiful, large park.
The farmhouse consists of 10 comfortable apartments, all with views of the pool or the countryside, simply furnished, some with terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The apartments are either on the ground floor or on the first floor, with their own garden area for outdoor dining.
This beautiful holiday home in Val di Chiana is an ideal place both for those who want to spend a quiet and pleasant holiday in nature and for those who want to visit the Tuscan art cities.
A wonderful panoramic road leads to the beautiful Tuscan hill towns of Montefollonico 7km, Montepulciano 10km, Pienza 17km, Montalcino 40km, San Quirico d'Orcia, Siena 50km, Arezzo 40km and Cortona 30km. Tennis court, supermarket 3 km. Horse riding and golf 7 km

We have enjoyed our stay and can recommend. The property is very clean and well equipped. The pool is perfect to cool down under the Tuscan sun. The location is perfect to visit the surrounding villages and cities.

La casa è accogliente, posizionata in un luogo meraviglioso da cui si può ammirare il tipico e bellissimo paesaggio toscano. Il personale è socievole e disponibile

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage im Il Castelletto. Die Anlage ist außen sehr gepflegt, am Pool kann man sich super entspannen. Marina war wirklich sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Vollkommen unkompliziert war die Kommunikation zur Anreise, alles war gut vorbereitet.
Für unsere Wohnung (OG) fehlte nur ein schöner Sitzplatz , wir sind einfach an den Pool gegangen.
Beeindruckend toll ist die Aussicht in jede Richtung.
