About this villa rental
The large hillside property with a park-like landscaped garden is fully fenced and located in Syracuse in a rural area away from traffic chaos.
The large area is cultivated with passion and resembles a botanical garden with many exotic trees and plants. The swimming pool (12m x 8m large) and the entire property is private and unobservable. The pool is available from 1st of April to 31th of October.
Shops are only 1-2 km away. The property is about 2 hectares in size, living space approx. 250 sqm. The comfortable, tastefully and nicely furnished house consists of 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x twin), two daylight bathrooms (1 bathroom in the bedroom), very large, bright living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and dryer, terraces (covered and uncovered), large lawn with panoramic views. The house is air-conditioned in summer and winter. From the living room, bedroom and several terraces you can look to the Gulf of Siracusa.

What a lovely property! Very clean and comfortable. Very helpful owners, who ensured that the pool remained in perfect condition for our stay.
The location necessitates hiring a car.
We had a perfect combination of sightseeing, and relaxing by the pool...... The pool was used at all times of day and evening by three teenagers.
Small improvements include providing clear instructions, for example for the recycling and rubbish, or for feeding the animals....oh and a few more pillows would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Owners made us very welcome and Mariagrazia in particular was most friendly and helpful during our stay. Villa was as described with full amenities for 4 adult guests. Villa location was good for exploring Siracusa and further afield.
Access to the Villa might be a problem for larger cars, especially at night time, down the narrow driveway. Finding the Villa would be improved by having the Villa name on the doorway entering the property.
We had a wonderful week and we would highly recommend the Villa.

A beautiful villa with incredible outdoor space. The pool was amazing! The owner Mariagrazia was brilliant over whatsapp. Enzo, the manager of the property, was brilliant in recommending places to visit. A perfect base to explore South East Sicily at one of the best villas we have ever stayed in.

The house is spacious and comfortable, and the grounds are stunning, with a multi-level garden, small waterfall, koi pond, and a gorgeous pool, with a view of the distant sea. Note that theres some climbing involved in getting down to, and back from, the pool, but I managed to navigate the stairs even with a sprained ankle.
