About this house rental
Rent a beautiful house with charm that to relax and unwind invites. The Casa Mimi has internet. The house is completely surrounded by a terrace and sea view. The spacious pool invites not only to cool one but you can really swim in it extensively. The house has 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite with bath and direct access to terrace, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Outside by the pool there is also a separate bathroom with shower. The kitchen has been completely renovated in November 2014 and is fully equipped incl. Dishwasher. The living room boasts a cozy atmosphere and a beautiful fireplace. On the property there is enough parking. Furthermore, it is also a beautiful orchard.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The views were fabulous with sea views from both the front and back. Although we would personally cut back some shrubs to get the full effect of the stunning sunsets from the patio area over dinner. The town of Aguilas was about a 20-25 min walk with a good footpath there. Supermarkets were really handy. It was a shame that the beaches in the area weren’t tidied up, and because it was late in the season many resorts/restaurants were closing down. We did wonder how many were closed permanently because of Covid too.
The decor in the villa was a little tired in the main living area, but it looked like the bedrooms and bathrooms had recently been renovated and were much more contemporary and brighter. The pool area was lovely and spacious.

Nous avons passée de superbe vacances dans cette superbe piscine.
Juste un point à préciser dans l'annonce, la place de parking est à l'extérieur et non dans le garage. La photo peut porter à confusion.

Wir hatten in Juli einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt.
Alles im Haus ist wie beschrieben.
Sehr nette Vermieterin.
Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist sehr nett und kompetent.
