The location is great - just across the road from multiple restaurants, grocery store and the beach.
The open air car parking and the staff at the real estate managing the property are pretty useless and not very friendly.

Location to beach and restaurants. Apartment clean and well appointed
Lacking a few comforts. Only 2 wine glasses??? A few more utensils would have helped - teaspoons especially. A lack of hooks for towels (beach), and hats, caps etc. Also the dishwasher needs Rinsed Aid, to help dry items when cleaned. The refrigerator needs attention, we struggled to keep it cool, however the freezer compartment worked well. A VERY wobbly toilet seat in one bathroom (closest to front door).

It was so homey and lovely! Perfect for a long weekend away with the family. Kitchen was fully stocked of all the things you need to whip up anything.
Nothing! It was great! Only note we had is the addition of towel hooks would have been great.

Location, location, location!!
After we picked up the keys we went to the unit to find the place was extremely dirty on our arrival. This is not the owners fault, but the property manager's fault. The unit simply was not cleaned before we arrived.
Dirty towels on the floors, dirty sheets on the beds, sand throughout the floors, dishwasher had dirt water left at the bottom of it, sand on the dining table, rubbish left around and the fridge was left dirty.
