Fantastic view! Couldn’t stop being impressed with it. Nice parkland surrounding and easy walk to Shoal Bay Very enjoyable stay
The 46 steps up and down again could be a barrier for some! Also a suggestion is that the cups and glasses could be cleaner or better still, replaced. The balcony is smaller than it appears in the Booking.com photo but not a deal breaker for a couple

Location is superb. Loved being able to walk to beaches, coffee, the Marine Centre as well. Some of the sunsets in the unit were spectacular! Some refurbishments like the wardrobes were great.
The queen bed was extremely firm, so sleep was fair. The Shower bath was ok for us being 2 adults but I think the set-up of the bath/ shower should be mentioned in description as babies to toddlers would really struggle! You have to be able bodied to use this bathroom.

The stairs take a bit of effort up to unit, though we were getting used to them, and a bit of exercise at the same time.
