The location was outstanding, best view in the town by far!
Kitchen facilities were good.
The unit really needs ceiling fans at the least, if the days had been any hotter, sleeping would have been very difficult. Pedestal fans are provided but don't offer much relief.
The staff at McGraths could do with some training on how to talk to people who are chosing their accommodation and be more welcoming. It was basically a "here's your key, be out by 10 on checkout day".

It wasn’t made clear where to collect the keys from - I received an SMS with an address to collect the keys however no signature to indicate who the estate agent was and ended up at the wrong agency on Stockton Street. In the emails I received I couldn’t find the name of the real estate agency. Also was not provided with the key pad entry code to the property and needed to call the estate agent.

Location was close to Shoal Bay beach and Little Beach. Amazing Views. Garage access was good to to store things you didn't need to take upstairs
Not that we didn't like, because we have been here before so we knew. However it is on the top floor so stairs all the way up - no elevator, so is a bit of a a chore loading and unloading. Which is why the garage access is great. Also, no A/C so in summer can get a bit hot, but there is usually a nice breeze on the top floor and they do supply some stand fans for bedrooms.

Good views, dishwasher and dryer.
Washing machine water level knob broken. Carpets dirty, cobwebs, Venetian blinds old and didn’t adjust easily. Venetian blinds dirty. Pedestal fans dirty. Bathroom dirty in poor condition. Shower not very clean. Cockroaches in drawers and on kitchen benches, property needs a pest control. Grill above window in bathroom corroded and broken allowing vermin to enter. Main bed creaks and groans whenever you stir. Poor pillows.
Generally the property is tired and needs a revamp and good clean.
