de accommodatie is vies, lawaaierig, verwaarloosd en oncomfortabel.
Positief is dat er airconditioning aanwezig is.
Onze ervaring met deze accommodatie was helaas ronduit slecht. De magnetron zat vol etensresten, in het koffiezetapparaat zat beschimmelde koffiedik, de afzuigkap was vettig, en het koord van het rolluik was zo vies dat het onprettig was om aan te raken. In de douchecabine zaten zeep- en vuilresten in de hoeken en op de bodem. Het toilet bewoog, en de vloer in de badkamer voelde instabiel aan. De benedenbuurman draaide de hele dag harde muziek en reageerde niet op herhaald kloppen. ’s Avonds kwam er keiharde muziek en geschreeuw van dronken stamgasten uit het café aan de andere kant van het huis. De trap is steil en gevaarlijk, vooral met een koffer of een klein kind. De straat en de omgeving waren erg vuil (iets wat we overigens vaker hebben gezien in Frankrijk). We hadden voor 3 nachten geboekt, maar zijn na 2 nachten vertrokken. Alle instructies in het huis waren alleen in het Frans; het zou minimaal in twee talen moeten zijn zodat gasten niet zelf een meerbladige huisregels hoeven te vertalen. De wasmachine staat in de kelder, wat zeer onpraktisch is. In de slaapkamer lekte het dak en viel de verf van het plafond. Alles bij elkaar was het vuil, verwaarloosd, lawaaierig en oncomfortabel. Absoluut niet aan te raden.
