Perfect location, nice spacious rooms, clean, reminding typical Japanese housing. Friendly and helpful staff.
No kitchen space, but microwave and kettle was there.
The front restaurant Heso Salon looks nice but they don’t have most of the iconic food- venison meat. You are given and charged for appetizers you do not order (290yen).

Great location close to train and large comfortable room. Aye at the restaurant downstairs and it was very nice.

Very basic room, room 1 on the ground floor was right next to shared toilets, washroom and kitchenette (microwave oven) with traffic late evening and early morning. Walls are paper thin and you feel like you are sleeping in the corridor due to the sound from people walking by and talking. I guess this is the reason why they left earplugs in the room for the guests. No one present at check out, light were off in the entrance.

"Clean, well-designed renovation of a traditional Japanese house. A nice combination of traditional feel and modern facilities. Just 1 minute from the train station but very quiet."
