Welcome to our beautiful ground floor apartment in the "beach villa Baabe 2 - evening sun" on Rügen. Escape the daily routine and treat yourself to a well-deserved break in our apartment.
Enjoy your holiday in our 70 sqm, new, comfortable apartment evening sun in a prime location with 2 bedrooms and
2 bathrooms, large terrace with private beach chair, private sauna and corner bath.
The beach villa Baabe is only about 100 meters away from the fine Baltic Sea beach and is newly built in 2014. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double box spring bed and 2 single box spring beds. The large terrace - about 20 square meters - or the fireplace in the living room invite you to a cozy end to the day with a glass of wine.

The beach villa Baabe has its own closed underground parking. Here is a free car parking space available for the duration of your stay. If you are traveling with another car, it is possible to rent an additional parking space in advance (7, - € / day).

Location of the Apartment ist very good and the beach ist Just over the street.
The Apartment ist in the ground floor. People Walking by can Look into the Apartment unless curtains are closed which makes it somewhat DARK. makes it
