En Rouger Le Grain d'orge gîte (2 bedrooms, air conditioned, heated pool, sauna)

Close to the Canal du Midi and the village of Labastide d Anjou, the "En Rouger" 3 stars certified complex is located in the "Lauragais" countryside of Aude in the Languedoc Roussillon region in the south west of France, half path between Carcassonne and Toulouse, and approximately one hour drive from the beaches of the Mediterranean and ski slopes of the Pyrenees mountains.
Originally, "En Rouger" was a typical Lauragaise farm that was built nearly 200 years ago in the middle of a half hectare (1.5 acre) shaded park, surrounded by fields of sunflower and wheat. The barns and stables have been transformed and converted into comfortable semi-detached lodgings with modern equipment and air conditioning. There are 4 gites in all (one with 3 or 4 bedrooms and three with 2 bedrooms), each with direct access to the outside and private terrace. A barbecue area, a covered terrace and especially a large heated and secure swimming pool ( 7 x 12 meters) provides a pleasant, quiet and shaded environment ideal for relaxing. In addition, for older children, a wellness area with shower and sauna for up to 5 people is available at certain times. The Park has many leisure facilities such as swings, slide, sandpit, ping-pong table, trampoline, basketball hoop, Badminton set, football, petanque, bikes, .... for the pleasure of the whole family!

"LE GRAIN D'ORGE " GITE :
This one story gite has a double bedroom with a baby bed, another bedroom with 3 single beds a shower room (with sink and wc) and the living accommodation on one floor. It is particularly suitable for young children or the elderly. It can provide accommodation for up to 5 personns plus a baby.
This gîte is equipped with :
Free WIFI, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher ,Washing machines, Microwaves, full sized cookers with oven, Toasters, kettle, Radio/CD players, DVD players, Television , Linen, towels optional (but no beach/pool towels), hairdryer, iron....
International plugs are available on request.
For our younger visitors, we can provide various items of equipment, including cots (but please bring your baby's cot bedding), highchairs, a bedguard, baby bath, stairgates (on request) etc. We also have a good supply of toys and some childrens' DVDs. The gites also each have lots of books for holiday reading for adults and older children.
