About this apartment rental

Comfortable apartment block "Rupertus". In the district of Point 5 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.2 km from the lake. For shared use: natural garden (fenced). Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Zell am See" 5 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Tauernspa" 10 km, bathing lake 1.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, tennis 1.5 km, riding stable 5 km, skisport facilities 4 km, ski bus stop 800 m, ski school 8 km, cross country ski track 100 m, ice rink 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe, Kitzsteinhorn. Hiking paths: Schmittenhöhe. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.
1-room studio 36 m2, lower ground floor. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. View of the garden. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free).
