Lovely location and villas - spacious and all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Safe parking, nice kitchen and laundry facilities and BBQ area.
The only let down was there seemed to be a mix up in the villas, as they are not numbered clearly. Our one was suppose to have a sea view but we ended up in one without sea view, but still nice.

The property was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances.
The property was not very clean - there were cobwebs on a few of the windows and stains on the toilets. Another big disappointment was that the check-out time was very early (10 am) and luggage storage was not possible. The host asked that we leave our luggage on outside deck onsite but would not guarantee its safety. The host was also not particularly polite in communications and said "we need you out by 10am please." At NZD1,000 a night, better service ought to be expected.
