About this chalet rental

The more than 350-year-old former Montafon mountain farm is located at 1140m above sea level above Schruns in the Montafon in a unique, secluded location. The former mountain farm offers space for up to 12 people.

The breathtaking panorama offers the right ambience for everyone who is looking for peace and relaxation, far away from the hectic everyday life, at any time of the year. The large fenced patio is ideal for dog owners. Dogs are very welcome and live free of charge. Despite our idyllic, secluded location, we can be reached by car all year round.

The guest area extends over 2 floors and has 5 double rooms, 1 small additional room with double bed, 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath/toilet, 2 complete. equipped kitchens and 1 lounge with satellite TV.

Our guest house is heated with a modern pellet system supported by 14m² solar panels. All water consumption is supplied by the in-house spring.

We are open all year round and our house can be booked in different categories.

Whether as self-catering accommodation, for those who like to be undisturbed, or as accommodation with breakfast. We are happy to adapt our offer to the wishes and requirements of our guests.

We had the most wonderful time at this chateau! The views are amazing and the house very nicely furnished. It easily accomodated our group of 10 - 2 families of four with children and 2 grandparents. It is absolutely gorgeous with unlimited outdoor activities nearby-hiking, zip lining, alpine coaster, swimming. The small town is also charming. You are also warmly welcomed to this home by the charming hosts who go out of their way to make each day special for you with Austrian hospitality. We will be back!

With spectacular views from every outlook, anyone would be hard pushed not to be impressed by this home. Set above Schruns overlooking the village below, you get excellent views from sunrise to sunset as the village lights up! The accommodation is airy, bright, clean and more than big enough for a large party to stay. The two younger children of our group (aged 2 and 6) loved exploring what was on offer. You could also not wish for better hosts who will go out of their way to make your stay perfect. A ten-minute drive up the mountain (which is a little daunting at first) means you are just a short distance from the train station and local shops in Schruns, along with a great children's play area at the ActivPark. An hour's walk at a gentle pace up the mountain from the accommodation gives even more stunning views and access to the ski lifts up to the very top. We would definitely visit again.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit einer tollen Aussicht auf Schruns und die Montafoner Berge. Es hat rundherum alles gepasst, von der Ankunft über das Shuttle zur Piste bis hin zur Abreise. Sehr nette Vermieter, nur zu empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.

Wir durften mit unserer Familie 14 Tage in diesem Paradies verbringen. Die perfekte Lage bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick über's Montafon. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Fürsorge der Gastgeber ist nicht zu übertreffen, ohne auch nur im geringsten aufdringlich zu sein. Das Haus bietet viele tolle Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung, falls das Wetter mal nicht mitspielen sollte (Pool, Billard, Darts, ein Trampolin für Kinder, Wintergarten mit traumhaftem Ausblick, usw.). Ideal für Aktivurlauber, aber auch für Alle, die einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. Dies war auf jeden Fall nicht der letzte Urlaub im Schrunsblick!

Wir haben uns alle super wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Haus ist im Innen- sowie im Außenbereich sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Super tolle Bergsicht aus jedem Zimmer und natürlich von der Terrasse aus. War einfach Spitze.

Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und bieten eine phantastische Aussicht auf die montafoner Bergwelt. Von Haus Schrunsblick aus kommt man direkt in die Berge. Perfekte Lage. Ich war sehr zufrieden und komme definitiv wieder. Das Gästehaus Schrunsblick ist mein Favorit im Montafon. Liebe Grüße André

Einfach eine rundum perfekte Woche!!!

Unsere Gruppe von 10 Freunden hatte eine perfekte Woche Winterurlaub im traumhaften Haus von Natascha und Jürgen. Schon der Kontakt im Vorfeld war unkompliziert, herzlich und ohne Wartezeiten. Jegliche Fragen wurden kompetent und schnell beantwortet und auch während des Aufenthalts konnten wir uns jederzeit an die beiden wenden. Sie ermöglichen alles in ihrer Macht stehende und machen den Aufenthalt wirklich speziell. Der Bring- und Holservice zur und von der Piste, der Einkaufsservice, die leckeren selbstgebackenen Brote, das Kaminanfeuern und und und, das alles ist einfach bemerkenswert und nicht selbstverständlich. Man kann sich einfach nur wohlfühlen bei den beiden! Das Haus lässt auch keine Wünsche übrig und entspricht der angegebenen Beschreibung. Die Zimmer sind sauber, gemütlich und bieten einen tollen Ausblick. Die Küche hat auch alles was man braucht um 12 Leute zu verköstigen. Wir haben uns fast die ganze Zeit (die wir nicht am Berg waren ;) ) am großen Tisch im Aufenthaltsraum oder im alleinstehenden Partyhaus (wirklich klasse!) aufgehalten und da viele lustige Stunden verbracht. Ein Highlight ist auch die Wellnessdusche, die nach einem langen Skitag eine willkommene Entspannung ist. Wir haben uns bei Jürgen und Natascha unglaublich wohl gefühlt und die Woche in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir planen jetzt schon den nächsten Urlaub bei den beiden und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit liebe Natascha und lieber Jürgen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und dann gehts auch zum Heliboarding! :) Liebe Grüße von Felix und dem Rest der Truppe :)

wunderschön gelegen, Blick ins Tal, Natur pur super Lage vor allem für Wanderungen am Hausberg (Nähe zur Mittelstation der Gondel) passende und zweckmäßige Einrichtung, viel Platz, tolle Dusche, Badewanne mit Blick auf die Bergspitzen weitläufiges Grundstück, liebevoll gestaltetes Außengelände, toller Pool, Fischteiche sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Hüttenbesitzer, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen und sich stets um ihre Gäste und deren Ansprüche bemühen

DE locatie is afgelegen maar door de goede service van de gastheer en gastvrouw is dat geen enkel probleem. Ze staan voor je klaar als je daarom vraagt, hebben tips en zijn zeer gastvrij. De kinderen konden heerlijk rondom het huis spelen en van de glijbaan af gaan met de slee. Appartement zelf, was prima en voorzien van alle gemakken die je kan bedenken. Kortom een top vakantie geweest!!

Wir (5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten eine tolle Woche bei Natascha und Jürgen. Das Haus war großzügig und bot uns genug Raum. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt und der Ausblick wirklich traumhaft! Das Haus ist super geeignet für Familien und Freunde, die gern gemeinsam kochen, essen und spielen, die jedoch kein Bedarf an après-Ski mit Remmidemmi haben. Der Shuttle zur Piste klappt hervorragend! Danke nochmals an Natascha und Jürgen für diesen Service. Ebenso toll ist der Einkaufsservice, der uns viel Zeit erspart hat. Für Skianfänger ist das Haus weniger geeignet. Aber wer einigermaßen eine rote Piste hinunter kommt, kann gut hier wohnen. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Der Müll wird sehr genau getrennt und daran sollten die Gäste sich halten. Ich finde das sehr gut, denn die Müllproduktion macht auch vor den Skigebieten nicht halt. Kleiner Nachteil: Geschirrspülmaschine ist etwas klein, Kühlschrank ebenso; doch wir haben viele Lebensmittel draußen auf dem Balkon gehabt, daher war das unproblematisch. Was hervorragend funktioniert ist das W-LAN! Wirklich klasse! Uns gefiel auch die Fußbodenheizung im Bad - das war herrlich! Das Haus war luftig und sonnig, überall Balkone, wirklich traumhaft! Wer also einen urigen Urlaub mit viel Natur und Ursprünglichkeit verbringen möchte, ist bei Natascha und Jürgen in den besten Händen!

Natascha und Jürgen, zwei sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen die rund um die Uhr versuchen alles für Ihre Gäste möglich zu machen. Das Anwesen liegt in einer Alleinlage mit spektakulärer Aussicht. Silvester auf der Terasse mit Blick ins Tal auf das Feuerwerk, unbeschreiblich. Jürgen macht über einen Heli-Flug auf den Gipfel bis zum Einkauf für das Abendessen alles möglich. Wir 12 sagen Danke für eine im Gedächtnis viel zu kurze Woche und kommen sicher wieder. Grüße Timo

Einen Urlaub der Sonderklasse konnten wir (eine Gruppe von 11 Personen) bei euch in den höchsten Zügen genießen! Das fängt schon mit dem ausgiebigen Frühstück und dem fabelhaften selbstgebackenen Brot an, wodurch wir uns schon frühmorgens verwöhnt und geschätzt gefühlt haben. Danach habt ihr uns stets bestens beraten bei unserer Tagesplanung - aber auch die Tage, die wir "zu Hause" blieben ließen an Komfort nicht zu wünschen übrig! Ob es deine Erledigung unserer Einkaufsliste war, liebe Natascha, oder deine Hilfe beim Lagerfeuer machen, lieber Jürgen, sowie die Gestaltung der lustigen Hüttenabende.... Es war einfach alles perfekt! Auch die spannenden Billardspiele bei guter Musik mit tollem Sound trugen dazu bei, dass wir die Zeit mit unseren Freunden mal so richtig genießen konnten und niemals Langeweile aufgekommen ist! Ganz wichtig ist auch die absolute Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Hütte zu erwähnen!! Da gibt´s einfach nichts, was es nicht gibt um sich wohl zu fühlen! Das wundervolle Panorama trägt ebenfalls dazu bei, dass man gar nicht so sehr das Bedürfnis hat, die Behausung zu verlassen, sondern eher die Zeit mit Freunden beim Grillen, mit Gesellschaftsspielen oder ganz einfach zum Relaxen genießt! Wir können euer Service, das Haus sowie die vielen Möglichkeiten, die ihr anbietet nur auf´s Wärmste weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! DANKE FÜR ALLES!

Dit vakantiehuis is zeer mooi gelegen met uitzicht over het dorp en de bergen. De indeling van het huis is zeer handig waardoor iedereen voldoende plaats heeft voor zichzelf. De gastvrouw- en heer houden perfect rekening met je wensen en hebben tal van interessante tips. Wij hebben hier met onze groep van 6 volwassenen en 5 kindjes enorm genoten en raden dit huis zeker aan!

Das Anwesen ist wunderschön gelegen mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Schruns. In das schöne alte Bauernhaus haben die Eigentümer Jürgen und Natascha sehr viel Liebe und Aufwand investiert damit es einerseits urig bleibt und anderseits allen modernen Komfort besitzt. Das die eine oder andere Ecke noch nicht ganz fertig ist, stellt kein Hindernis dar sondern trägt eher zur Anmut des Hauses bei. Jürgen und Natascha sind auch nicht nur sehr nett und hilfreich sondern haben sich aller Mühe gegeben damit wir es bequem hatten und, das unser Aufenthalt schön war. Sehr empfehlenswert.
