About this apartment rental
How about a stay in a (redeveloped) GDR department store, in the middle of a (public) oak park?Fully equipped, separate apartment, with full use of the garden and private parking.
The apartment is 50m2 and has a bedroom with a large (180cm) double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. Dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc) and is open to the living room. In the living room there is a large couch with sleep function, so that the apartment can be used by up to 4 people. There is also a walk-in closet, a small utility room and a bathroom with rain shower. The whole apartment has underfloor heating and is at ground level.
Meusdorf, in the south of Leipzig, is Leipzig's green bacon belt, with direct connection to the NEUSENLAND in Leipzig (with its innumerable lakes, Markkleeberger See is 10 minutes away, recreational facilities, water sports, amusement park Belantis and many more). This part of town is quiet, but very well connected to the public transport (bus + train) and highway and you are within 15 minutes in the city center.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll begrüßt. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird um eine schöne Auszeit haben zu können.

Wohnung war top.
Sehr netter Vermieter.
Terrasse leider kaum zu benutzen.
Kein Sichtschutz,kein Sonnenschirm.
Überall lag Baumaterial.
Wenn diese Mängel behoben würden kommen wir gerne wieder.
