About this apartment rental

From 01. 05. 2019 we are building the neighboring property. As a result, noise pollution during the day can not be ruled out.

Comfortable, well-furnished 3-bedroom apartment, approximately 60 m², for up to 4 people on the ground floor with continuous access and sheltered southwest-facing terrace in a quiet location. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, shower and toilet with window. The living room is equipped with cable TV and radio with CD player. The fully equipped kitchenette has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven.

Wohnung ist super sauber, kpl. ausgestattet, fußläufig ist alles erreichbar, was im Urlaub wichtig ist. Hausverwaltung, falls es mal ein Problem gibt, Bäcker, Edeka, Restaurants und Eisdielen und natürlich der Strand. Wellenhallenbad 5 Minuten entfernt

Die Ferienwohnung an sich war ok. Leider musste ich täglich die "Kellerasseln", die über den Hausflur in die Wohnung gelangten, beseitigen. Trotz Meldung keine Abhilfe. Ferner hätte man uns mitteilen müssen, dass direkt nebenan ein Neubau errichtet wird. Am 07.08., morgens um 07:00 Uhr begannen die Bauarbeiter mit Bagger und Rüttelplatte direkt neben unserer Terrasse zu arbeiten. Der Esszimmertisch im Wohnbereich vibrierte. Am Dienstag, 11.08. ab 06:00 Uhr wurden Steine mit einem Lkw-Kran abgeladen. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. Die Benutzung der Terrasse an diesem Tag war u.a. durch Staubbelästigung durch Abschleifen der Y-Tongsteine nicht mehr möglich. Wir haben uns daher aufgrund der Gesamtumstände dazu entschlossen, die Ferienwohnung einen Tag früher als geplant zu verlassen und nach Hause zu fahren.
