About this apartment rental
2 brand new homes in a house in the countryside. Approximately 8. 000 sq m enclosed freewheeling terrain for your furry companion. The outlet has direct access from the house - at no leashing, door and let the party begin!
The two apartments (ground floor and first floor) are to be connected separately or available upon request.
Ground floor apartment:
The apartment is rented for the first time from July 2015th
Modern, open cut with generous living room and large bedroom.
The kitchen has a cooking island with four bar stools and kitchen counter. It is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Senseo coffee machine.
The bathroom has a roll-in rain shower. In related rental of both apartments, the apartment is suitable for wheelchairs below.
In the bedroom there are in addition to the double bed, a couch where necessary can also be stayed.
In the kitchen there are 2 large couches that can be pulled out as a lawn for 4 people. It can therefore sleep a total of even 7 people.
However, the kitchen counter can only accommodate four bar stools. (Additional folding chairs are available). Ideal for comfortable use but the apartment is for 2 people with dog.
Everything is equipped with underfloor heating and dogs welcome non-slip tiles.
The entire complex has a sharable conservatory, where is plenty of space for social interaction. Here is something for football fans and a foosball table.
The town of Bad Bederkesa is about 2 km away. There is a beautiful downtown with shops, which invite you to stroll and browse, as well as supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, the Moor spa with sauna and brine thermal baths. Furthermore, it should be mentioned the historic castle. Also, the Beer Ster lake with its circular route is highly recommended for an active holiday with dog.
In Dorum Neufeld about 25 km away, there is a dog beach where at low tide long walks - without a leash - can be made in the Wadden - for humans and dogs always a great experience!
Cuxhaven is about 40 km away, Bremerhaven about 25 km.
Nearer to load the Natureum in Balje, the Wingst zoo with his wolf enclosure, the Moor Information Center in Ahlen Falkenberg (to name just a few destinations) a further excursions.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Hunden für eine kleine Auszeit im Sonnenhaus und es war genau die richtige Wahl. Alles war super, von der Ausstattung bis zum sehr freundlichen Empfang durch Frau Horstmann. Der Hundeauslauf ist der Wahnsinn und für jeden Hund ein Paradies. So kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Die Umgebung des Sonnenhaus bietet viel Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, sportliche Betätigung und kulinarische Genüsse. Allerdings kann man aufgrund der stark befahrenen Landstraße schlecht zu Fuß direkt am Haus starten und muss erstmal ins Auto steigen. Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Wir sind mit unserem jungen Golden Retriever angereist. Die Wohnung ist für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund super geeignet, besonders hervorheben muss man den sehr großen eingezäunten Auslauf. Die Vermieterin hat uns einen sehr netten, superfreundlichen und unkomplizierten Empfang beschert. Die Ausstattung ist gut und modern, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Aufenthaltsraum lädt zum Spielen ein. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen , vor allem ,weil man hier die Ruhe und die Schönheit der Natur genießen kann. Man konnte sogar noch Störche bewundern. Das Städtchen ist schön und gut vom Haus erreichbar. Das einzig Nachteilige war, die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, d.h. man hört jeden Schritt der Mieter darüber, was unsere Fellnase zu dem einen oder anderen Wuff verleitete. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert, wir werden wiederkommen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Hundeauslauf ist ein Traum! Auch in der Umgebung kann man super mit Hund laufen oder Radfahren.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit direktem Zugang zum Garten und zum 8000 m² großen Hundeauslauf. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man an Küchenutensilien so braucht.
Bad Bederkesa ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Hier gibt es einen schönen See und genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem gefällt mir, dass das Haus komplett ernergieautark ist!!
